This is for the deli counter. Great subs and homemade meats. Porketta (almost like marinated and tender pork loin, sliced thin) is fantastic, great chicken salad.

Franklin, MA
First off, HANDS DOWN, best deli in the area. I’ll argue Anne’s over any deli in Milford, Franklin, Medfield, you name it. The only place that comes close is Anthony’s in Plainville but as for Anne’s they have some of the best Sandwiches and prepared food in Norfolk County. For sandwiches, I recommend either the Triple Play, North-​Ender or famous Meatball. They are very plentiful with their portions of meat on their sandwich and everything tastes fresh considering they also use Boar’s Head Deli Meat. They also serve great steak tips, potato salad and macaroni dishes that go great with any dinner or lunch. I consider it my hidden gem and truly believe it being one of the best markets/deli’s in the Greater Boston area.

This is a little hideaway in Medway and well worth going to. I often stop in and order a sandwich. They also have little side dishes as in cole slaw and pastries. I call the large sandwiches a «two meal» because they are too much to eat at one sitting. They also have a incredible selection of steaks.

A fantastic deli, hidden in a strip mall in medway. We moved here a year ago, and really enjoyed Millis house subs, but Annes is a mix between a north end and jewish deli. I am afraid to say too much, since the lines were not long, but if the secret got out — there would be a line around the corner for these sandwiches!

Stopped by this place as I was around the area. It’s like a hidden gem you’d never know.
Order the Cordon Blue and was so surprised of the quality — the chicken cutlet was flavorful, juicy, mixed with the perfect ranch dressing. The sandwich was done perfectly. Nothing bad I could say.
The cashier was extremely friendly. Will definitely return if I’m ever in that area again.

Always look forward to a sandwich here when I come home to Boston. Hands down one of the freshest and quality sandwich in the area. Love everything on the menu, but my go to is the buffalo bill. Nothing beats the boars head buffalo chicken and jalapeño cheese! Delicious!

Had the Heartstopper Sandwich. I will gladly let my heart stop after eating it. The Porketta, bacon and provolone were a great mixture. Add the Italian dressing and soft bun and it made an awesome sandwich. Busy place and well worth the wait and the stop.

How could you not give them 5 stars… I got the meat loaf sandwich, which is to die for. The menu is very unique. Anne’s also has a plethora of side dishes. We can’t forget the super friendly woman behind the counter. I will keep returning to this gem. My next sandwich will be the porketta.

So sad, quality/​quantity has been going downhill for some time now. Went in tonight with 10⁄15 minutes to spare and got a very easy sub. Because the girl was too lazy to rewash a scoop she used a plastic to go spoon to make my sandwich that had no quantity to it. Still hungry and will not be back no matter how good the actual food I got was

Boars Head meats make for great quality sandwiches. And the prices here are right. The Italian sub is filling and prepared like a classic with the exception that they don’t have vinegar to put on your sandwiches. The Gobbler is like eating a Thanksgiving dinner sandwich. Overall great place to stop in and get a bite to eat.

When in Medway, treat yourself and family to the superior meats, deli (& thurs-​fri) fish offerings at this very friendly and affordable small market. They have a plentiful menu of handmade sandwiches, salads, and soups, and nearly every other advantage you’d expect from a small-​town shop. They know their customers by name. The kind of place you hope will always stay in business so you are lucky enough to shop there (instead of all those cavernous, non-​descript places).

I’ve been to the one in Franklin and I love these subs. I had never even heard of a porketta until my brother in law introduced me. Awesome! The other subs are fresh and tasty with flavorful meats. It is a little more expensive than your typical sub shop, but it is worth it. I love this place!

You will not find better tuna fish than this place! The sandwiches are amazing and they have a great selection of items on their sandwich menu. I always love popping in there because I am always greeted with a smile and no one judges me because I am too short to see over the deli counter!

You’ll be hard pressed to find better porketta in Italy nevermind Massachusetts. Trust me, I’ve lived in Italy for 3 yrs.
Great place to grab a bite on the way home from work. Friendly staff, great food and fair prices. The wine selection isn’t the biggest but it’s actually not that bad for a Country mkt.
