I’ve been here before, quite a few times one the sort-of long journey from Milford /Millbury /Worcester to Westwood, either I stop here or Milford BK. No problems, EVER. Super quick, never crowded(quite often, I ask myself how this particular location actually stays in business!)

My husband went through the drive-thru earlier this afternoon. This was the original order: Bacon cheeseburger w/medium coke, medium fries & a Whopper w/small fries, small coke. Came home and I looked in the bag and saw 2 Whoppers(both of them looked like crap and made in a rush) and what looked like 2 small fries. I called Burger King and spoke to the manager, Holly. She said to come in with the receipt and the order can be corrected accordingly. Here’s the kicker. A friend and I went in person, Holly verified that it was a misorder and proceeded to go on the line. I know this is supposed to be a business, but her young daughter(who was next to us) was talking story with 2 – 3 other workers(who were also in «social chat land» amongst each other). Our re-order was put back behind 2 drive-thru orders(and we were the only ones in line; the restaurant was empty aside from a senior citizen already eating), and to my impatient amusement, we got our new bag about 10 minutes later. I checked the bag(again) before we left the counter and noticed that the girl who packed the bag gave us a 3-piece chicken tender INSTEAD of a Whopper. I told her we didn’t order this and she replied with, «Huh?». If this girl were to actually focus and double check the receipt before handing food to customers, she would realize it. She grabbed the Whopper, gave it to us, and said to keep the chicken tenders. I realize this is only Burger King, but after this one event, the shopping center isle across the street is more appealing in every way possible. If any, I wouldn’t mind at all in the entire world traveling down 109 a little more into Millis to get fast food.

Not only is the customer service bad and your constantly in a line. The lack of staff, customer service, lack of quality and understanding of customer needs is sooo low that it may cause you to never eat here. and the majority of the visits I have been here the associates are rude and inconsiderate, in the drive thru or in the restaurant you can hear the cooks in the back complaining about the customers and what they order I suggest a change in management or management at all if they want to stay in business no wonder there sales are dropping and you can clearly see it with the lack of quality of this store
