Fred has been preparing healthy, tasty meals for me over the past five years. Fred is very accommodating to my paleo diet and adjusts his recipes to my specific needs… looking forward to my next order!

On December 25th, my family and I enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner that was catered by Chef Fred. Our menu was Beef Bourguignon with noodles, Potatoes au Gratin, a side dish of roasted asparagus with a medley of red and yellow peppers and a salad of field greens with a lemon mustard vinaigrette. Desserts included a Tarte au Citron and a dense chocolate gâteau with a raspberry coulis. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. All of our guests and family raved about the meal and there were no crumbs left on the plates!
Without the stress of cooking, I was able to enjoy my family the entire day. From beginning to end, Fred was polite and professional. I can’t wait for my next catered affair. I will certainly use Chef Fred again!
