Starbucks

I go here often. Very often. Why? Because as a mom of three kids 4yrs old and under, Dunks dark roast just ain’t cutting it at 9am on a Monday. (And there’s a drive thru.) I have always preferred ‘bucks over dunks, and this location with a drive thru had me sold.
Drive thru service is very, very, verrrryyyy sllloowwwww on ⁹⁄₁₀ trips within my week.
A Plus side? Jen. I know for a fact Jen worked today (Wednesday) around 1030am and EVERY SINGLE TIME I see her, she tells me how nice it is to see me. I really enjoy her positivity and give her 5+ stars alone! She’s incredible.
Now, for the two stars. 1 star for more often than not drive thru service. *cue screaming children over the sound of «Apples and Bananas» and it’s the wait from hell*
The other star is for this gem of an experience. I waited all day to go to ‘bucks when I had a free minute around 4pm. Service in drive thru was slow, but that’s ok, I REALLY wanted a chai. You know who got my chai handed to them? The person in front of me. Did they taste it and realize it was the wrong drink? Quite possibly. Did they hand said drink back to the drive thru attendant? Yes. Was it my chai? Yes. How do I know? Because he handed it to me as soon as I pulled up. Didn’t even bring it back in the window to pretend it was a different drink. Rested it on the outside ledge and handed it to me… right after someone else had it in their car… likely taste testing. Yuck. Ew. Gross.

I have to go everyday i love that place. See you tomorrow for another coffee…

Every time I go, everyone is so friendly and happy! When I go through the drive thru with my dog they give her a pupachino (whipped cream in a cup)

Positive place, positive people, Starbucks in it’s mood as usual.
The reason I gave four star instead of five is that service was a little slow then normal. Maybe they operate faster in the morning hours, which I home for :)

This must be my fifth or sixth Starbucks review, however, this is probably my first positive one. My go-​to iced caramel macchiato is always way too sugary from store to store, but I have been to this Starbucks multiple times and the taste was consistently on point! What a pleasant surprise and relief, as I go out of my way (20+ min) to grab a Starbucks coffee.

Friendly staff, nice storefront with a drive-​through, but it can be a little crazy in the mornings. Both the line in the store and the drive-​through can get a little backed up, so it’s a good idea to see where the line is shortest and go for that. They gave me someone else’s drink at the drive-​through because things were hectic, which sucked, but I went back in the following day and told them about it and they were more than happy to give me my next drink for free to make up for it. Everyone who works here is very sweet, and they have good places to sit within the store if you want to get work done or have coffee with someone. It’s also a convenient location on 109. So overall, good location that I’m glad to have on my way to work, but they have some kinks to work out in terms of efficiency considering that they have both a drive-​through and in-​store service – they don’t seem to have a handle on doing both simultaneously just yet.

I don’t usually leave reviews for Starbucks drivethrus, because I usually only hit them once in a while, and people can make mistakes. BUT… I finally pass one on a frequent basis. And being a sleep deprived mother to four, I NEED a Starbucks drivethru! Get my order wrong every now and again? No big deal. Get my order wrong TWICE in the same week, and you get a Unilocal review. I have ordered the same drink from this location at LEAST twice a week for the last 6 months. Both times I went this week, I get crappy coffee — I else with the wrong milk, and once with no sweetner. I don’t like to spend $ 4 for a cup of coffee and not get what I ordered. I will no longer be driving away before I try my drink. I feel like they either aren’t training new people correctly OR they just don’t care about the drivethru customers. I can’t wait until the Franklin location opens. At least it won’t be too far to drive back and have my drink corrected if they get it wrong ;)

After a 6 month hiatus of this location I thought I would give it another try! I can’t believe this location is still in business. The drive-​through attendant lied straight to my face about the contents of my drink. Dangerous if you happen to have a milk allergy. Again after wasting $ 6 bucks yet again at this location it’s safe to say I will not be returning.

This newly-​renovated location is a major upgrade from its previous state.
A sleeker interior is coupled by a long table perfect to accommodate a large crowd. The windows are lined with bar seating as well for a more efficient seating plan. Outdoor seating has been expanded as a result of the added drive-​thru lane.
The WiFi is Google-​based, which provides faster internet than what was previously used. Outlets are readily available around this location’s interior.
The baristas are always happy and eager to accommodate your needs.
There is a DRIVE-​THRU. The line can be long at times, but the employees do their best to expedite the process efficiently.
Great location. Good service. Google WiFi. Drive-​thru.

This is our regular Starbucks and the coffees always come out great. The only negative is there isn’t one stand out kind and friendly employee. Waiting now for the new drive thru to be built. Very excited.

Nice location to set up your laptop and get work done, spacious and lots of seating. Quite a bit of outdoor seating for the warmer months as well. Very friendly staff and well-​made drinks too!

Staff here is super nice and always make the perfect drink for me. There have been a few times where I’ve walked in and they automatically got my drink started. Atmosphere is lovely, too, with plenty of chairs to relax in. Love it!

I’m torn, as I really love the girls here, they’re super nice and always know what I want (sometimes before I do, esp. when the weather keeps changing!) I *really* hope that during prime time morning hours (I’m usually there between 7:30 — 7:45 AM now that I’m a FT student) they can find it in their labor budget to schedule more than one person on register, and one person making the orders. If someone in front of me orders more than one coffee, grrrrr, OR throws a wrench in the flow by wanting their bagel toasted *Seriously!!! lol… it brings drink production to a grinding –no pun intended– HAULT. It usually takes a good 10 – 15 minutes in the morning to get a latte these days, yet when I stop by after classes around 3:00 to get a «pick me up», there seems to be more staff on then customers in the store, which makes absolutely no sense.
Not only are most folks in more of a «hurry» in the earlier hours, they are definitely more on the cranky side as they have yet to have their crack, er, I mean, coffee. The morning wait is just way too long, so I find myself using my Keurig more often than not. Sorry, guys. = (

I’ve been going to this Starbucks soon after it was converted from a cow pasture to a shopping plaza. The staff are great, and always make you feel welcome. It’s become a bit of a local hangout with friendly regulars. It’s been a good addition to Medway.

They’ve never messed up my coffee and I’ve never experienced the cleanliness issues others have mentioned in their reviews.
It’s a chain, so you know what you’re getting from the start.
I really like the pastry selections at this location and the free wi-​fi! Thank you for finally not raping your customers with extra fees anymore! What a novelty!
There are lots of cushy chairs, seats at the bar and indoor and outdoor tables to sit at, even for this smaller location.
The parking lot is a bit tricky to figure out at first (they share with McDonald’s and their one-​way drive-​thru lane messes things up a bit), but if you’re not retarded, you should be fine.

The staff here is what makes it so great– so nice and friendly in the most authentic way!
A sort-​of-​secret; on the side menu, there is the option of ordering a french press of coffee for you and a friend. It is a great deal!
I love all the new snacks and the bananas too!
Oh, and Bobby L., you only have yourself to blame for wearing Yankee gear in Massachusetts!

One of my favorite Starbuck locations to go to on the weekends when I just want to get away from the city and have a good cup of coffee out in the burbs.
The staff is always pleasant, and usually know exactly what I’m ordering before I even open my mouth. It is located inside a nice little plaza with a big parking lot and outdoor seating which is great on a nice summer day.
