Have had nothing but great service here. Location is super busy but food always comes out fast and fresh. Drive threw moves fast and everyone that works here is very friendly

So disappointed today!!! I know they are always busy but never have I waited over 10 minutes for FAST food. The people working today had no rush in their step and when I asked for my food it had been sitting in a bag that no one would have touched if I didn’t ask!!! I was going to meet my daughter for school lunch and she had to rush to eat. Didn’t even get a coupon offered for a free sandwich. And I almost slipped on my wait out as there was oil on the restaurant floor that was not cleaned up!!! Ugh Not a happy mommy.

The king of fast food. Their customer service is tops, nobody comes close. The drive-​thru is always packed but they keep it moving very quickly because of how well they are managed and organized. I’ll drive out of my way to go there.

My kids are weird. They could eat here 6 days a week if we let them. I don’t know what the attraction is. Maybe there’s some kind of magic juju in their chicken. But whatever it is, it’s working, and it’s working for the masses. It is rare that the line for the drive thru does not wrap around the front of the store. They’ve had to make special provisions in the parking lot to accommodate all the traffic. While the McDonalds across the street stays strangely quiet, consumers have voted with their money and decided that chick fil A is the hottest fast food restaurant in Viera. We’ve eaten there chicken a bunch of times, and I have decided that their barbecue buffalo chicken whatever sandwich is actually pretty good. The waffle fries are good too, & I love to dip them in their buffalo wing sauce. And, as a bonus, they have what I think is fresh brewed lemonade. And that’s nice too. It’s hard to get these days. Once in a while I’ll go inside just to see what’s happening. The employees always seem so cheery, almost if they’re brainwashed by some sort of cult. But that’s not a bad thing — those zombies make your visit much more pleasant. The facilities are always clean and service is quite fast considering the vast crowds. I don’t think any of us has ever got a bad piece of chicken at chick-​fil-​a. It’s always cooked well through, and their recipe seems to be very consistent. One of my kids has a peanut allergy, and before we knew that, he used to eat their chicken. They cook their chicken and french fries in peanut oil. Apparently that does not bother some people with peanut allergies. But it’s important to be aware just in case you are affected too. Just remember Unilocalers, chick-​fil-​a is closed on Sunday. So if you want to run to Hobby Lobby and then stop at chick-​fil-​a for lunch on a Sunday, you’re out of luck. But no worries, McDonalds right across the street is open on Sundays

This is hands down my favorite restaurant in the world. IT IS SO DARN GOOD. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside. Chick-​fil-​A manages to capture perfect juiciness within their chicken that EVERY other fast food chain fails to get. The two pickles add a delicate flavor profile to the sandwich. The bun is perfectly sweet and toasted. It is NEVER stale. Each bite of the sandwich reminds the eater of happier times. For me personally a good Chick-​fil-​A sandwich takes me to the beach– it’s 75 degrees, there’s a nice breeze, it’s perfectly sunny out, and I’m sitting next to the love of my life. Chick-​fil-​A has the power to take you there! Don’t even get me started on the sauces… TOO LATE. The sauces are perfection. If you are looking to put sauce on your sandwich or to dip your nuggets in, I would recommend the Chick-​fil-​A sauce. It is creamy and delicious. If you want to dip your fries into something, try the polynesian sauce.

My first time, definitely not the last! Excellent chicken sandwich! Loved the coleslaw too and the lemonade! We need one beachside! Great, great service, friendly and customer oriented. Fresh flowers on the table — wow! Day before we were at another fast food place nearby, which will remain nameless, good food, but lousy service.

The quality of their chicken has gone downhill a bit. I’ve noticed it’s kind of fatty and chewy lately. When they first opened, it was phenomenal. Service is pretty good for a bunch of deer-​in-​the-​headlights kids. The drive-​thru is always packed, but they do a great job attending to the two lanes, and it’s pretty darn quick. But they lose a star for being closed on Sundays. It’s one of my only two days off, and it sure would be nice to take the kids to their favorite fast food joint on Sunday. I know for a fact a lot of those kids would love to make a few bucks working Sunday afternoons. Also, one of our kids has a severe peanut allergy, and Chicks use peanut oil for their chicken, so he has to sit it out. You’d think a Christian organization might be more sensitive to those with allergies, but apparently not. Oh well. Please call your Sysco rep and upgrade your chicken a bit.

Can’t get enough of this place and this location is no different. Couldn’t believe how lucky I was to find a Chick-​Fil-​A on my way to the store. Thanking my lucky stars that they built another location in my area. Best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Tasty, crispy, fresh, just delicious. High quality fast food restaurant, almost does them an injustice to call them fast food. Keep up the good work guys!

Hands down Chick-​fil-​A is my favorite for grab and go food. I have been to this Chick-​fil-​A in Melbourne four times. Every time that I am in town I make it a priority to stop at a Chick-​fil-​A. Chick-​fil-​A is something that we do not have a New York.
For those of you who don’t know Chick-​fil-​A is a fast food restaurant that serves nothing but chicken. They serve grilled chicken sandwiches and fried chicken sandwiches using a pressure cooker which makes the chicken extremely moist and juicy. Just a note you cannot eat Chick-​fil-​A every single day if you do a check for every single day you will gain a lot of weight. They also have items for kids like grilled chicken nuggets. Chick-​fil-​A also has a healthy menu with alternative options. When ordering a sandwich at Chick-​fil-​A you can choose if you want to grilled or crispy you also have three different choices of cheese. Sandwich that I always get is the spicy chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken sandwiches actually spicy and when you bite into it you can see that it was battered with Cayanne pepper. The chicken here is so juicy that you actually don’t even need condiments.
Pricewise Chick-​fil-​A is actually relatively cheap compared to most fast food restaurants. Most of their standard chicken sandwiches cost around $ 3.50 to $ 4.50. For that price and the quality of the food I highly recommend Chick-​fil-​A.
The staff at this Chick-​fil-​A is very good they seem like they really do enjoy their job they always have a smile on their face and the food is always prepared how you order it. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait here but that’s because you know that they’re making your food fresh it’s not sitting underneath the hot lamp.
Overall Chick-​fil-​A is really really good fast food. At this location everything taste fresh I highly recommend coming here the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back at this Chick-​fil-​A next time I’m in Melbourne.

I dont get it? Why do people sweat this business so hard? Its a soggy chicken sandwich on a bun with two pickles. The waffle fries are pretty good. The shakes are tasty too but this holiday season the didn’t have the peppermint shake. I was so ticked since we were looking forward to it. Friendly staff but man its a long wait. Nothing fast about this place.

I used to love Chick-​Fil-​A but they seem to have jumped on the «let’s sell cheap food to make more money» bandwagon that every other fast food restaurant is on. I ordered the chicken tenders and they were awful. They tasted like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.
On top of that, the quality of the chicken had drastically gone downhill. It tasted like chemicals. Not fresh at all. And there was gristle too which is completely disgusting. Breading was barely staying on the meat too. I will never again go to any Chick-​Fil-​A. Such a shame too because it used to be outstanding.

When I go to Florida visiting the parental units I MUST stop here or my trip isn’t compete. Aside from the good tasting food the employees are so warm and welcoming. Makes you forget this is a fast food establishment. It almost felt like I was walking into someone’s kitchen. Ah!!! I’m getting excited just thinking about it. Great food and can’t wait for an unrestricted one in the N.Y.C. area.
Bottom line… GO!!! Your palate will thank me!!!

Chicken sandwich consistent but why order this food when the corporation is against equal rights.

Chick-​Fil-​A. This place remains (In-​N-​Out, too) what great fast food should be. Chick-​Fil-​As are always clean and the service is super friendly.
The drive-​thru line is re-​donk. It’s a double drive-​thru. Get out of your car, people, go inside and order. The line is almost non-​existant and you’re not wasting gas. You will also take about 30 steps to and from your car. It will make you feel less guilty eating this stuff. (The lies I tell myself.)
Chick-​Fil-​A does one thing and they do it well. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with a touch of mayo and extra hot sauce — it sings to my Southern soul. Some like it hot, I like it hot, then kicked up a notch. Chick-​Fil-​A, well done. A great product that is delivered seamlessly across the USA.

I stopped into this CFA for a quick Spicy Chicken Biscuit on a Saturday morning. The line around the building was chock full o’ SUVs too lazy to go in to get their grub.
This was probably the longest I’ve ever waited for a Chicken Biscuit or anything at a CFA. I waited 13 mins from the time I ordered until the time I received my sandwich. All I ordered was a sandwich to go.
I realize this is probably not the norm, and as I was leaving I did see another manager arriving for the day. I probably just ordered at the wrong time.
The one thing I can’t reiterate enough is to just run in and get your CFA fix. 99.7% of the time it’s ALWAYS faster.

Actually, one of my favorite Chick-Fil-A’s. I didn’t even think this was possible. These guys had everything you’d ever need on the condiment bar, including little packs of cheerios for kiddies.

We loved it so much, we called the 800 # and told them so.

We did a quick roadside stop for lunch… had the spicy Chicken deluxe… the place was clean and the food was fine. The staff were their friendly selves…
We got there at 11:30 am and it was just starting to get busy. By the time we left, there were lines all over the place and the drive thru line went out onto the road! Yikes!
Love me some Chick-​Fil-​A!

This newly built, freestanding Chick-​Fil-​A might be the busiest restaurant on Earth. A kids playground, great customer service, and a location along I-​95 create a nonstop line of patrons.
It’s obvious that Chick-​Fil-​A holds their employees to a higher standard. All employees are at least moderately attractive, appear to shower everyday, and have a full set of teeth. The staff works quickly and efficiently to produce good food and keep the facilities clean.
I have never gone crazy over Chick-​Fil-​A food. It’s perfectly acceptable stuff, but it’s also mediocre. They sure are different though, hosting community events each week, offering on line ordering (need 3 hours notice), and free delivery for orders over $ 100. Not a life changing meal, but a departure from the typical fast food experience, and certainly not anything to complain about.
