Wendy’s

Wendy’s is a typical fast food restaurant. However, the staff are super friendly (especially Justin) so that makes your quick lunch a little more enjoyable.

Went through the drive through at 12:30pm. Five cars in front of me. I get to the window 20 minutes later. The cause was one person’s credit card not working. Instead of having an exception process and moving that person out of line, everyone behind that car was delayed. When I finally made it to the window, the lady swiped my credit card, but did not give me a receipt, stating it would be in the bag at the next window. I ordered an Apple Pecan Salad and a drink. I had to remind them to give me the drink. There was no receipt in the bag. I park and go inside and after several minutes I get one and it’s not even close. It was also for less than they charged my card. I’m in town consulting and I need the receipt for my expense report. I called twice and no one picked up. I tried again at 2:45pm when I figured they wouldn’t be busy and Sharon picked up. Bottom line is she can’t get me a correct receipt until tomorrow. I’ll have to waste even more of my time, so I will be sending a bill. I do not recommend the drive through at this location

I really enjoyed the new ghost pepper fries. The are so cheese and spicy. Cant get enough. The double cheeseburger is very tasty but I which they would bring the wendys special burger back with the red sauce. It was so good and reminded me of California style burgers. The staff is very friendly but the service here can be kinda slow.

This is the third time… First I ordered dr pepper they gave me a root beer without telling me!
Second they were rude… I mean they don’t talk just chuck food thru the window until you stick your handout! They know they’re doing it too, cause then you get no receipt. And today I ordered #10 with honey mustard and a dr pepper… I got a large dr pepper and no food! Then they attempt to fix it and give me the meal and say there is sauce in the bag… You guessed no sauce when I get back to work
The food is cooked great and is tasty they just need to fix the people

Dry and depleated nuggets. Everytime I get them here they suck no matter what time of day. ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance your gonna leave the drive thru happy. The staff never seems pleased to be there. And your special orders should be checked before you leave. Worst Wendys in Viera, FL.
