This is a review of the Jos A Bank store in Viera FL.
I am from California where the choices are vast to purchase men’s suits.
After visiting a few local department stores with either poor selection or primarily summer clothing, I stopped into the local Bank store in Viera.
I did find a really nice Grey Glen Plaid which, according to the staff, was one of their highest quality wool fabrics. Bought this and 3 dress shirts, cuffed, and several ties.
The overall quality is pretty good. The selection is good. Prices when you buy on sale is solid, $ 895 suit for less than $ 400.00
One thing is that alterations are additional, and not cheap but the lady tailor did a superb job on fit. Would have liked to have known this earlier. An off the rack suit needs a lot of fitting to make it hang properly.
I would recommend this store.

Buying a suit from this store has been a NIGHTMARE! My husband needs the suit for a friend’s wedding, and we brought all the information with us and showed the salesman, Gary, everything including the price up front. After getting no advice and the bare minimum of assistance needed to find and try on all the pieces, Gary rings it up for 3X the price we had on our paper. After calling the groom, we find out the other groomsmen had the same issue but it was eventually taken care of. We ended up having to leave empty handed because Gary would not give us the price listed on our paper. Now we have to go back when the manager is there and hopefully get it taken care of. Overall just a ridiculous experience.

I’ve been buying my suits here for the past 3 years and I have always received excellent service. Yesterday I bought 4 suits, 4 shirts and 2 ties all for less than $ 1k. Ashley who works at this store was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made the buying experience fun. The suits I bought were the Traveler model. All were soft and excellent quality. Despite the bad reviews I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality suits for a bargain price.

I have rented tuxedos from here for my wedding, one of our groomsmen lives here and had to go to this store. He went in over two weeks ago and they have yet to put his information in the computer no matter how many times I have called, they told me they needed his credit card number so I gave them his phone number on Thursday (¹⁰⁄₁₁) and today (¹⁰⁄₁₆) his measurements are still not in the computer. They now say they never got his credit card info when Gary specifically called me and told me he got it. I will be so glad when I no longer have to deal with this store! Hope they get it right before my wedding in 3 ½ weeks!
