Great service and very professional. Love the girls that work here. Super friendly and understanding. However, this review is for their tailoring services. I bought my dress in 2014 and specifically wanted it changed to a corset back because I knew that I would lose weight before the wedding (that’s just how I am… when I’m stressed I forget to eat). I wanted to be able to adjust the tightness of the dress just in case I lost lots of weight right before hand (when it could no longer be tailored). So, I told them that the corset needed to be slightly smaller so that I could synch it in on the wedding day (down a few sizes from the original dress with buttons). I asked if the dress I was purchasing could be altered in this way, and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. Long story short, they said that the corset couldn’t be brought down to the size that I wanted (after I had purchased the dress), because it would cause the lace to fold and warp. So, on my wedding day, the corset was hideous due to having to pull it so tightly to make it fit enough so that it didn’t fall off my body. And, they didn’t even give me a pretty ribbon for the corset, it was just a string. I had to stuff the top of the dress too… because it was too big on top as well. I really, really wanted a gorgeous corset back on whatever dress I purchased… and I got the opposite. I will say that the hem and all of the other alterations were well done, but the corset was just too bad to save.
Now, over a year later, my friend is having the same problems. She purchased a gorgeous dress from them, and the tailor completely hacked it. The seams are visible, the hem is crooked, and the fabric around her waist is folded and warped instead of flat. It’s a mess.
So, all in all– just go somewhere else if you want tailoring done. Don’t take the chance here!

We went to several bridal boutiques before my daughter found «the dress» at LA Bridal. The attention they gave us during the fittings was wonderful and made all of us feel special. The selection of dresses was perfect — lots of different gowns not seen everywhere else.
My daughter was from Oregon so it meant we had to time the fittings to when she could fly back out. Lindsay and Sierra went out of their way to ensure the dress would be fitted and altered on the days she flew back in to Orlando and ready for her to take it with her when she left 3 days later.
We also bought all the bridesmaids dresses from LA Bridal. We did have an issue with the dresses but it was due to the manufacturer. Lindsay and Sierra bent over backwards to ensure that the dresses arrived in time to each of the bridesmaids with enough time to make any fitting modifications.
I was impressed with how they handled the situation and our nervousness/​frustration. They are truly professionals, smart business owners with huge patience for anxious brides and their mothers.

My bridal journey was made so much better by Lindsay, the owner of this store. I came to her a few weeks before my vow renewal in a panic, as the gownI bought at another store had been… shall we say…“over altered” making it way too short… nothing to do at that point but cry and buy another dress. Lindsay took me in on short notice, gave me her full attention, and together we found the perfect dress… two sizes too big, a sample, but perfect condition. Not only did Lindsay give me a discount, but she gave me a huge break on the cost of alterations. This time, I had it done by her seamstress, Collette, who worked magic. This is truly a store owner who not only loves to share in the joy of preparing for your big day, but who goes the extra mile to make sure each detail is perfect. Her shop in Viera looks small from the outside, but appearances are deceiving, because its very luxrious on the inside… and there is a a really good selection of bridal gowns, bridesmaid gowns, accessories, jewelry, you name it… thank you, Lindsay for saving the day!
