This place is great when it sells Lion Bars because those chocolate bars are so hard to find in USA! Also there is Vimto, a drink that I missed a lot! It is in a red can in the fridge but it is definitely Vimto! The tv screen shows movies, usually from KSA. I always had the lamb kebab every time I go here, sometimes I asked for something else from the menu but they always say they are out of that, so I don’t know why they don’t update the menu. But the meat always tastes fine. The lamb kebab is very filling and big, I can’t eat more than one at once. I always ate inside the place, and there is nothing wrong with the décor, it is not dirty, the tables are in normal condition. In fact there are some intricate mosaics on the walls. It is not like a famous branded restaurant but instead is like a homely place that reflects how a proper kebab/gyro place would be.

The food is really bad. Not to mention that their service is really bad. The chicken I ordered was really dry and the rice was salty. Horrible experience

I don’t understand why people were uncomfortable with the location, maybe it has gotten nicer over the past two years. Anyway, the service here is terrible, very slow and the person working usually can’t really understand or speak English. Regardless of that fact, this is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is really good. I recommend the ¼ chicken, gyro, or lemon pepper chicken gyro. And in any case you must ask for the special hot sauce they make and also get their garlic sauce as well.

There needs to be a box to check for the location. We were very uncomfortable in this second floor place. It was very small in unkept. We still ate there and the Gyros Plate was ok, as well as, the Gyros, I wouldn’t ever go there again. We drove twenty miles to get a Gyros. The owner actually didn’t even know the Gyros was pronounced yee-rosssss, not guy-ro. I’m surprised he didn’t pronounce it gi-ro

First and only visit. Walked in with my daughter and felt like I needed a tetanus shot. This place was a dump. Thought not to judge a book by its cover and ordered anyway. Was told they were out of food. It was lunch time, who runs out if food before 1pm? Total fail!

Ok, so I have to say I was scared when I pulled up… because this is in a big two story plaza by FIT and not exactly in the best part of town BUT… I couldn’t be happier that I got out of my car and gave it a try. These are some of the best gyros I’ve ever had, and their greek salad is to die for. The service is not great(they usually have college kids running it) but the food more than makes up for it. It’s fresh, fast and cheap… can’t really ask for me in my book!

I tried the Chicken Shawarma, Beef and Lamb Gyro and Rotisserie chicken on different occasions at this restaurant and they were ALL really great. The ingredients are of fresh and good quality, and the taste is very authentic middle-eastern and very tasty. I like the chicken Shawarma the best, it has tons of garlic in it if you’re a garlic lover. Price wise they are very reasonnable and cheaper than other places in Melbourne offering the same menu. They also have excellent Sage Tea gotta try it! Very friendly people I highly recommend this place.
