Old School Pizza

Place was extremely PACKED! My server was extremely nice and attentive. Portions are really big and I received free garlic knots YUMMY!

Ordered a philly cheese steak to be delivered to my office. I paid over $ 10.00 and got 60−70% peppers. I reviewed this on their Facebook page and someone named lorilyn got back to me saying that their «meat pepper ratio» may have been off and that they wanted another chance to prove themselves. I asked her if they would be replacing the sub and waited 1 month for an answer. I didn’t get one so I posted this review.

Pizza is excellent, lasagna was great although a bit cheesy. Plus they’re one of the few restaurants in this town that’s open late

This place used to be our go-​to for lunch delivery. But within the last few months they’ve jacked up their prices by nearly double and have taken away options. It’s such a shame too. In this competitive market within the food industry you should really reconsider these changes.

The food was good but bordering on mediocre. I had the stromboli. The mushrooms tasted fresh. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back as there are several Italian options in the area that are much better.

This is for the one that is by Melbourne High School on North Babcock. I was very very impressed with the customer service. My wife and I had a baby at Holmes and the first thing she wanted was old school pizza– so I ordered it and had it delivered. My wife specifically wanted root beer– which they serve, but right before delivery they call me to tell me the root beer machine is down, so I jokingly reply– «you will upset one hungry new momma» and the guy told me he will have one picked up on the way. That was an amazing gesture for such an amazing night for my family. The pizza was great as well, but the customer service was icing on the cake– top notch I might add.

Great pizza! I know it all depends on who is making the pizza, but whoever was working on Wednesday (12÷23÷15) around 1pm makes an excellent pie. I feel like this location makes better pizza than their other location down the street.
In response to Lorilyn– we had a simple pepperoni pizza. It was perfect.

I used to come in here to meet up with friends because there is always music on, cheap pizza and really nice chicken wings. I also enjoyed the mozzarella cheese-​sticks with the sauce, so nice. Also it is good to see sports matches on the tv screen. The food doesn’t usually take long to arrive on your table.
If the presence of students trying to have sensible fun bothers you, understand that this is like the one place in Melbourne that caters well to young people. Let us enjoy it, because the college work is really soul-​crushing.

My niece just graduated from FIT, down in Indiatlantic, and Old School Pizza was her preferred post party late night hang. A good place for a slice while drunk. The spot is just behind campus.
The atmosphere is quite collegiate. One surprise that is a real treat. They make their own pizza dough in house. It bumps the experience up a notch. Nicely done, guys.

We ordered for delivery late one night, they said 45 or less it took the whole 45 we order a calzone and soda. The calzone wasn’t hot at all but the flavor was great. I do wish they had told me how big it was because it was small for being a calzone. We will order from them again.
Update
We are here again for a second time and it was awful !! We couldn’t pick up our pizzas at all and it was not very warm.

I stopped in to get carryout and a beer while waiting. Everyone was really nice. It seemed like they have a lot of regulars which is always a good sign. While I was waiting they gave me free cheesesteak pizza. It was amazing. I didn’t get pizza carryout and it made me regret it. Good NY style pizza.

This place has a very fun atmosphere! I love that there are TVs here, I came during the World Cup so it was pretty crowded, but there was still enough space in the restaurant that it did not feel crowded. We got a whole lot of pizzas and they are very large pizzas with very large slices that I loved! Somehow I managed to fit three of these slices into me… with three different pizzas so here we go.
First I tried the classic cheese pizza. This was my least favorite, I felt like it lacked in flavor, there was not much sauce on the pizza at all and I could not taste any spices in it. I do appreciate the thin crust od their pizzas and love that every pizza we ordered had some big bubbles in the crust (I love that part!).
Next I tried the BBQ chicken pizza, this one was good! I love the intense flavor that the BBQ sauce gave the pizza and there was an okay amount of chicken on the slice too. This one was definitely more flavorful than the regular cheese and I thought the flavor combination went together really well. This was my second favorite.
So the winner of the night was… Chicken, tomato pesto pizza! The pesto sauce was really flavorful and I liked the freshness it added. There was whole slices of tomato on the pizza and the way they dried out in the pizza oven tasted amazing. The chicken was a great compliment to the pesto sauce. I will definitely get this flavor again if I come back.
The service was good, we had a really big party and they allowed us to order ahead of time so when we got there they just needed to be put in. They were prompt on filling waters which is really important to me and were all really friendly and answered our questions. They also serve complimentary garlic knots and these were great! I never go for the bread, but I was so hungry I did and I went for seconds so garlicy and olive oily I loved it!
Overall was not the best pizza ever but is a great hangout place and I would go back for a fun night :)

Checked this place out because 1. Had a craving for pizza and 2. They offered a Groupon :). Next time I’ll make a note to come back during happy which is 3 – 7. Had the fried mushrooms for an appetizer and they were wonderful. Our server was awesome too. He was funny and attentive. For dinner I had the crest your own Flatbread with pineapple, chicken, spinach, and mushrooms. The corners were nice and crunchy, I just wish the middle would have been too. It was raw or anything, just not crunchy all the way thru. My mom had the pepperoni, sausage, and mushroom stromboli… it was delicious. Didn’t care to much for the marinara sauce. Dinner+app+2 beers and had leftovers, not bad for $ 34. I’ll be back!

Small and cramped. Vey loud. Food is mediocre at best. Skimp on toppings on pizzas. Too maany colkege kids sitting around drinking and being loud. Not very kid friendly. Prices not bad but quality is lacking.

I have to say my cheeseburger was very good but not worth a 25 minute wait on a quiet Saturday afternoon.
There was a Texas Holdem group that I didn’t expect when walking into what I thought was a restaurant not a bar
Our waitress was around when we didn’t need her and not around when I needed a refill. And then disappeared for 10 minutes while getting the refill
Also needed to wear some longer shorts. Those legs were not appetizing.
Overall didn’t give me a happy feeling and wont be back

I come here during lunch time with my coulleagues Pizza by the slice is a great deal and makes for a cheap lunch. Their white pizza slice is to die for, esp if you mushrooms on top. Love this place.

Waitress Kim was out of site. Very hard working and attentive waiter. Chicken Parm was excellent as were the salad and garlic knots. Newly renovated and it was 70% busy on a tues night. Wine was $ 3.50 a glass and a good quality and pour! Highly recommended for people of Palm Bay!
