1stly, let me say I used a groupon for $ 111. The advertisement read facial, hand or foot massage, and full body massage.
During my hand massage the 2 ladies in the front reception area were discussing their car problems. This alone subtracted from the relaxation experience.
2ndly, my masseuse explained to me that she wasn’t a esthetician as she applied the mask to my face like she was playing staccato. By the way a facial has 4 – 6 steps. So I didn’t get a facial, I received a mask!
I just feel like spas should be clear about the services.
Lastly, my massage was deep tissue, but seemed incomplete.
If I had a clear understanding about the facial portion, I would have saved money on that part and added to my full body massage.
The masseuse was strong and very chatty Kathy.
