I contacted this business after my electrician said that he could not get parts to fix my garage door opener. They had an ad in a local discount circulation which advertised a new chain driven garage door opener for $ 286 installed. After speaking with the company I was told that they could install a liftmaster garage door opener for $ 260. Even a better deal. So I made an appointment for them to come out in just a few hours. When their installer arrived he got to work right away. After completion he mentioned that the rollers needed replacing and said the cost would be an additional $ 100. After some hard upselling I agreed and he spend another 20 – 30 minutes changing the rollers. After he was done he presented me with a bill for $ 460. I explained that the amount should be $ 360. $ 260 quoted for the garage door opener and $ 100 he quoted for the rollers. He insisted that I was wrong and his boss quoted $ 360 for the opener and an additional $ 100 to install the rollers. I stood my ground and he called someone at his company who insisted I again was wrong dispite me knowing what I was quoted. I then presented him with my copy of the coupon which shows the original printed offer of $ 286 for the garage door opener and explained that I was quoted $ 260 over the phone. He called his company again and after some unnecessary posturing they agreed to charge me the advertised amount of $ 286 plus $ 100 for the roller. I agreed and paid and off he went.
I give them one star for good service and another for good overall pricing.
I dock one star for making me feel like a liar dispite me only telling the truth about what i was quoted and what they advertised in print. I dock another star for very hard up selling. I dock another for not being careful when installing the new garage door opener and scratching my garage door which required me to touch up.

Quick professional service I had a spring break on my garage door called late afternoon and they scheduled my appointment the following day gave me a specific time and called ahead to tell me they were on their way and arrived on time ready to work. They did a complete inspection of all the hardware on the door and made a few recommendations (no pressure no scare tactics just an honest assessment) being my door was the original door installed when the house was build in 1995 I chose to go with it. They had all the parts on their truck and quickly got the door back in tip top shape. They tested and adjusted the door to ensure everything was perfect and showed me a few maintenance tips to ensure it remains trouble free. The work also came with a five year warrantee and they gave me all their contact information in case I ever have any issues. The price was fair and reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
