I normally love Panera but stay away from this location. My husband went to get take out and I asked for my usual: corn chowder and a southwest chicken flatbread from the Pick 2 menu. They didn’t have either so they gave him chicken and wild rice soup and a Mediterranean flatbread. Both were inedible. He also paid extra to add a cinnamon roll which, once he got home, we discovered they had not given him.

Panera has a great reputation in every city, and they have become a brand you can trust. The case is s true here. This Panera is located in the heart of a beautiful family-oriented Mall. With palm tree landscaping, great ambiance and uniformed Security. I went there with my team members on our way to Jacksonville for a training conference. I had the Cashew Chicken Salad and it was tasty. I asked for additional Chicken and she charged me $ 2.00. The baked goods looked fresh and the entire place looked tidy. Thank you!

I love Panera. No matter where I am, it’s always a safe bet. It’s my «go to» when I travel and I’m not familiar with local cuisine. Full disclosure: I’m Caucasian and my husband is Hispanic. We came to this Panera location and will never visit again. Cashier took our order and asked for my name. I replied with, «Chrissy». While waiting for our order, the staff member yells«Jose!». I saw our order on the counter, and I asked the employee to read the order. After confirming it was ours, I asked that the same employee notify the manager of how offensive the cashier was by listing our order as «Jose». We took our order to the table and ate. Never visited by the manager. Although the food was great, we’ll never return.

In the last few months I have gone to this location(which is not close to my house) to get a breakfast bagel sandwich around 8−9am… Only to be told they were out of bagels. This has happened 3 different times! How do you run out of bagels a few hours after opening? That sounds like poor food planning and it is completely unacceptable considering they are open all day!

Very nice panera! Clean and the service was good and fast! My bagel was perfect and hot and my boyfriends Mac and cheese was also very hot and fresh!!!

BUYERBEWARE!!! I went to the Viera location last week, and was double charged! If you use a card at Panera check your bank account because there system allows you to be charged multiple times. To make it worse, I’ve had to jump through hoops to try and be reimbursed! Still have not been reimbursed. Panera has lost a long time customer!

On the quest for something near healthy for breakfast, we went to this Panera. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 lattes. We also bought 2 extra plain bagels to go as well. Cost was $ 26.95(we tipped a bit so it was $ 30 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and coffees). Sandwich was just fast food type egg and sausage patty on bagel. Not very interesting. Bagels are not authentic, just bread shaped round with hole in middle. Lattes made with one button machine, then lots of some liquid creamer/sweeter added like coffee-mate and then lots of whipped cream(1000 calories per serving). When factoring the employee service, seating and food quality, its more of a fast food place with the cost of fast casual. By the looks, I think the main thing here best is the baked bread/pastry to go or afternoon basic small coffee with a slice cake and lots of chatting with friends at a very small table(kind of like the old coffee shops). Anything else and your wallet will be sorry.

Great place for breakfast or lunch. Love their fresh pastries and coffee. Their bread and bagels are Devine. It is a nice place to chill and visit a friend or hang solo and work on your lappie. Highly recommend.

Came here a couple nights ago to do some work. The food was great, I always get a chicken caesar and a green tea! However I have never been so annoyed while eating food in my entire life. The employees are all no older than 15 and do nothing but gossip about other 15 year olds and take snapchat selfies. This wouldn’t be a problem, except for the fact that they talk SO loudly that it’s no longer eaves dropping, you become a part of their conversation… if I knew I was this annoying as teenager I would have never left the house. If you’re wondering why I was so close to the counters, those are the only outlets in the place… The manager needs to get rid of the teeny boppers or at least give their staff a code of conduct to follow. Ridiculous.

Went here to get somewhere quiet so I could read my scuba diving book. I had a coupon for a free pastry, but they were already out of half of their pastries at 730. I didn’t get my cinnamon roll but the cherry pastry and the chicken noodle soup was good. I’m giving it 3 stars since a few of the employees were a little rude and towards the end of my stay was very very unpleasant. Around 930 the place was empty. 2 little girls came in and of all places they choose to be loud and horse around its in the little section I’m in. Not one employee came over to ask where their parent was or to settle down. They were running around, being loud, climbing on the tables, etc. I think next time I’ll go to Starbucks.

This Panera is just ok compared to others I’ve been to outside of Florida. When they close at 9:30, they start shutting down at 8. If you want something other than a fountain drink after 8, you get some heavy sighs because the machines have been broken down. If you eat in after 8 and happen to be parked out front, the delivery truck kindly blocks you in for at least 20 – 30 minutes — awesome. The food has been ok, but I’ve seen quite a bit more brown, slimy lettuce in my salads from this particular location; more than other places. If you get a bagel sliced in half, be prepared for it to be sliced vertically instead of horizontally, making it impossible to toast. Yes, that really happened here, but I didn’t realize it until the next morning when I went to toast the bagel. I have experienced the feeling of «ugh, people coming in after 8PM we want to close early and go home» but no one has been downright rude yet. I’ll keep going here when I’m craving a salad & soup, but no more sliced bagels!

Wow this Panera used to be good. Stopped in for lunch with my kids in tow. As we approach the counter the manager is yelling from where you pick up your food back to the front counter to 86 fruit salad. I proceed to order two kids Mac and cheese and the cashier cups her hands around her mouth and yells back to the kitchen. «Do we have Mac and cheese». The reply yelled back across the restaurant was no. The cashier with a blank stare then asked me if I had a Panera card?

OK wife goes in to order a chicken salad and before she can even start they say they are out of chicken and salad dressing. Seriously this is like the time she went to KFC and they too were out of chicken. Big thumbs down.

This Panera is built into a shopping plaza at the Avenue of Viera. It has a vaulted ceiling but unfortunately that’s the only thing that seems to be spacious about it. The seating is horrible, with tables clustered too closely together. For a place with that much foot traffic it can spell disaster. Alright, maybe not a disaster, but at least a good probabilty of someone spilling their soup on you or tripping over a pulled out chair. Other than the seating issue, the food was on par for what you’d expect at Panera. I highly recommend the Thai chicken salad.

Seriously, I have no clue what has happened to this once top notch Panera. Went there last week for lunch, I will not be returning any time soon. I have to have a gluten free diet, the cashier was totally unhelpful and seemed annoyed. But that wasn’t part of the bad experience. The Caeser salad I ordered without croutons came with barely no dressing at all and absolutely no Asiago cheese. The cup of tomato soup, was horrible. It wasn’t even filled, and it burned my throat. Not that it was overly hot, just something was off with it. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was just enough to never return again, even besides the bad food part. The restaurant smelled, really bad. Near the drinks, the smell was so bad I nearly vomited and I’m not a person with a weak stomach. Btw, the sierra mist and dr pepper both tasted like club soda. Something is terribly wrong here. I like their new order online system, but won’t be returning for a long time.

Ugh. Panera. This one above the others is staffed by a bunch of teenagers who couldn’t care less about anything but Instagram and selfies. I came one time last week at night and one teenager was dry heaving as she was preparing my food!!! EWWWW! Classily followed by another employee making an Ebola joke about the sick girl. — don’t really want the food anymore, thanks though.

After ordering a turkey avocado BLT and a soup I was given a pager to wait for my food. After 25 minutes I went to the desk and they told me that they we’re call and calling but I didn’t come. I told them that the pager didn’t go off and they said that some don’t work and to put it in the basket with the other ones(that worked!!). I asked for hot soup and I was told to bus my own soup since they couldn’t take it over the counter. I asked to speak to the manager and the person behind the counter told me that she was the manager, but them someone else stepped up to take the soups and I was given hot soup. I then noticed that the avocado had gone bad! I had a little of the soup but decided to eat somewhere else. The food is normally good, but I was made to feel that it was my fault!!! I won’t be going back to this store. Sorry, if I am made to feel uncomfortable in a restaurant that’s it!

I usually come here for a latte and a danish. Sometimes I buy a loaf of halah bread and make fench toast with it at home. I especially like their cheese soufflé for breakfast. Lunch too is good hear and quick. I like a ½ sandwich with their white cheddar mac n cheese YUM. Everything here is good with a couple great items.

Don’t go here at night… the employees are a bunch of teenagers that don’t care about customer service. They have a good time talking to their friends and gossiping to each other but could care less about helping the customers that pay their pay checks. After waiting 5 minutes for them to take my order with only one other person in line, I ordered 2 bowls of soup. I then waited 10 minutes for them to tell me they were out and I had to pick something else. Then I waited another 5 minutes for the girl to do the order. My advice to panera bread, get a manager in this place at night that knows how to lead and is less concerned about being friends with their staff.
