Most times that I do go in the mornings the wait is long for them to welcome you so you can place the order. But the one good thing is their employee I found out his name is Andrew that seems to know how to give good customer service. He always place a napkin and sticker on your coffee and add the milk and sugar. the couple of times he wasn’t there I was given the cream and sugar and told to add in myself, company policy is that they don’t add for the customer. Well I think they should clone Andrew because of him I will come back for breakfast and breakfast only.

This location is BAD! The manager KAT is really the problem. She has no clue how to talk to people, no customer service skills, can’t even send people to the parking lot with a broom. This is the WORST sonic I have ever been to! Service is SO slow! Just Yesterday I went there and the drive thru took so long I started to time it. When I pulled up to the box I waited 3 min and no one ever greeted me. I pulled forward and waited another 70 sec. Then I hear the box answer the car behind me. As I pull up to the window the girl was very rude and told me I should have waited and I messed up their drive thru time. Then she took my order and I sat for another 3 min and the people behind me all got their food. Even worse 3 cars after the ones behind me came and got food and I was WAY! In front of them. It took another 9 min to be a Lemon Berry Slush and Cheese sticks waiting at the window. I asked if a manager was there today and this lady KAT stated to tell me I am wrong, she is right. I addressed the issue of her team cheating drive thru times and she said that is how all fast food works. When I told her worked at only locations in this area as a Supervisor she told me I made that up and have no clue how business works. As we were talking I pointed out 3 other people that came pressed the button and never got a response and just drove off. When I point this out she started to yell at me. I asked for the owners phone number and name. She told me «NO! YOUARENOTCALLINGUSINTHEMIDDLEOFTHENIGHT» I asked her about all the bad reviews online and she told me they paid $ 1500 to have them all removed. Why not use the $ 1500 to get a new manager and run the store correctly. For only $ 200 of the $ 1500 she could have come one take a broom and clean all the spider webs down and replace all the burnt out lights. With that money you could even pay someone to come in and explain to you WHY you are failing in this business. The worst part is that SONIC has great food, and us local’s do not get to enjoy it. I hope paying to remove all the negative reviews proves to be one of the biggest waste of money KAT has done yet. Going back into my internet History I was able to find my Original review on this location. This is what KAT paid $ 1500 to remove? All they did was created a new Unilocal page for this store and renamed the other store to another Location. Very Sneaky. Indeed — — Old Removed Review I wish I could give them Half a star or less! This location is SO bad! Last time I gave them another try. OMG. I sat in drive through for 8 min the car in front of me just left. When I got up to the box no one ever said anything to me. Not even to let me know it was working. I said hello Multiple times. Thinking it was not working I drove forward to place my order at the window. I had to wait for other cars still. Then I hear the box behind me take an order. Once I got to the window they were rude about me saying hello to confirm if it worked. No one answered me. They took my order and asked me to pull forward while they have 4 other cars that were behind me their orders. They were creating a FAKE queue to improve drive through time falsely! I asked to speak with a manager and this girl Kat came out and told me «I see you got your food, you are just wasting more time talking with me in you are in such a hurry» I was shocked and asked for the owners phone number and she said«We don’t share it, because I don’t want you calling my b/f while we are at home.» Shocked again I asked what her corp. number was and she told me to check the website. I told her I was going to complain about her and she said«I don’t care what you do, we are a million dollar store. You opinion does not matter, I ill just close your ticket because I know who you are.» I was so upset I then asked her if she had a collage degree because you don’t treat people like that. She told me «Just GO! because I start curing again» Then walked away and locked the glass door while starting right at me. This so called manager is not good what so ever and even claims to have gotten the job by sleeping with the boss. I really hope this places goes under. I even called Sonic Corp who just said«We are aware of the problem, but it is a franchise store so we can not help»

Food was hot and fast. The young lady who delivered the food was polite and friendly. Taking off one star because the menu boards were not all switched out leading to confusion and incorrect ordering(our menu was incorrect) and the burgers looked like someone put a book on top of them(flattened).
