Wendy’s

This location is just bad I’ve been here multiple times I’ve had slow service every time and the last few times we go the employees are more concerned with hanging out in the dining room making jokes while all the tables are dirty they sit and hang out with their family and or friends. The store is generally pretty dirty which is sad to say because it was remodeled not that long ago. The Bricks on the outside look nice but the tile on the inside looks new and very dirty. A nice broom, mop and scrub brush once a day would help. IN this case once a week would be a massive improvement let alone the fact that I have to clean my own tables with napkins and soda water from the soda fountain. If you can avoid this location I would recommend trying a different Wendy’s however due to limited choices close to many places of employment we are stuck with dirty stores, sticky toilet seats and bad service. I’ve given this place 4 tries, It doesn’t matter what time you arrive, the service is always slow. I tried showing up at 11:15 today, only 5 people in the place and nobody in the drive through, I still waited 10+ minutes for my sandwich. unacceptable. 4 customers ordered after me and were served before I received my order. Also, I always order Chili when I eat at Wendy’s, at this particular location all 4 of my orders have only minuscule amounts of meat and nothing but beans.
After several tries, I’m done with this store/​Franchisee.

ALWAYS out of something! Not totally clean. Service is nearly non existant. Food is sloppy. Orders messed up. Long wait to order long wait to receive your food. Just not the best Wendy’s. Must not care about being busy.

Worst service ever. I went in there placed my order while on my 30min lunch. The 4 orders placed sfter me were servered before mine. When I said something I was told «sorry man we only have a few people working» I’m sorry that is no excuse for putting out 4 orders that were placed after me first. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
