Jumbo lump crab cakes are more like shaved crab crap. It is NOT jumbo lump! Shrimp scallop stir fry is pathetic. Scallops are the size of a marble and the shrimp comes with the tail still on. $ 26… It’s worth $ 2. The only reason I have 2 stars is the bartenders are attentive and personable. Eat elsewhere.

Was in town recently for a conference; We stayed at the Hilton and rather than go out to eat, we decided to eat at the hotel; my friend ordered chicken wings, but when they arrived, they did NOT look like chicken wings, nor did they even taste like wings;and after serving us our waitress literally was nowhere to be found; she just served the food and took off; come to find out, she had to double as a bartender since they were so short staffed; yet it was the host hotel for the conference which had 450 attendees, so they need better staffing — took us 20+ minutes to get our check… if I ever stay at the Hilton again, I refuse to eat there-​ridiculous prices for crappy food and crappy service

Nice place to go for lunch in the Melville work area. Food is yummy but the service not so good. They use to have a lunch hour quick menu for the working crowd. It’s not the wait staffs fault but Hilton should be training the staff to know the menu inside & out and work on staffing, needs to be top shelf!

Charming Lobby Bar, spent a while after flying in from Vegas on the redeye reading the papers and relaxing in this expansive space. Clearly, many international airlines use it as lodging for their staff as I saw dozens of personnel checking in while people watching.
The highlight of this space is the huge skylights which add a sunny light or thunderstorm show depending upon weather. Zachary, Oksana and Thomas at the bar are charming people who bring tea/​water/​whiskey/​light bites/​dinner with a smile.
Basil’s offers a little something for everyone: edamame, soups and salads, choose your own cheese platter (nice array) with three or five ($ 12 or $ 15) options. There’s whole meals including sandwiches, burgers and a cedar plank salmon ($ 27) which was absolutely delicious .
Great place to spend some time nibbling and sipping some time away, glad this Lobby «gem» is at my hotel. Seating is also available in their small restaurant, but the easy chairs with access to outlets and strong WIFI are where its at for me.
