I go to this Dunkin Donuts every morning to get an XL tea and the two sweetest ladies have it ready for me as soon as they see me walk in, sometimes as soon as they see my car pull in the parking lot. They make this place worth 5 stars; if I work the weekend and stop in when they’re not there however, the service isn’t as warm and wonderful. I could grab my tea anywhere, but they always make it exactly how I like it and with a smile — and the mornings are always very busy, they make me feel special no matter how long the line!

This was my first time at Dunkin’ Donuts and it was just alright. Not a very big fan of chain places in the first place. For it being super late at night I cant do much complaining. But if I am eating out in the morning I will be sure to look into some local donut shop next time.

This place is one of the crappier Dunkins I’ve been to in a while. Slow service. The employees don’t seem to care much. There were other customers there who were also getting a little antsy.

One of my favorite DD’s. They are super nice and very customer service oriented. It’s always a pleasure to stop in and grab a coffee from these guys!

Astoria, NY
Stopped in recently for a cup of coffee and this had to be the most switched on, customer focused Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been in. This isn’t a particularly high standard to achieve given the general slack jawed attitude to be found at most DDs, but the two young guys minding the store here were definitely trying to make the most of their job.
If I lived in the neighborhood, this would be my regular stop.
