For a «mall establishment», these guys are actually pretty good! We’ve come here a couple times while browsing around the Wolfchase Galleria and always get the pretzel bites with the cream cheese sauce and a coke. The pretzel bites are very soft, most, buttery, and outright delicious. Add the sauce and forget about it; Auntie Anne’s is sending your taste buds to another dimension! Okay, a little extreme, but they’re quite good. I’ll admit, I’m not a huge fan of their pretzel dogs; it tasted burned on the outside yet undercooked on the inside. But the pretzels themselves are amazing, and that’s what is important. The service is also good and the prices reasonable considering the location, so I’d definitely go back, and recommend you give them a try too!

I have quite the weakness for carbs. I’d rather have some sort of carbohydrate for dinner than steak any night of the week. Auntie Anne’s is one of my biggest weaknesses. These pretzels are the shiznit! They have tons of different flavors– cinnamon, pepperoni, almond, sour cream and onion, pretzel dogs, etc– but my favorite is, and always will be, the original. I don’t know how they do it, but the butter they put on here is this sweet and salty flavor. Almost like there is some sugar somewhere in there. I cannot even describe how yummy these little devils are. They are all baked up fresh on site, and if you happen upon the food court at the right moment, you can take in the sights as they create a new batch right in front of your eyes. Something about twisting pretzels intrigues me, perhaps because I’ve tried to make them from scratch and every time is a complete and utter disaster. Since I am no longer in my teens, my visits to the mall are few and far between. So, whenever we go, we make sure to get a pretzel to eat there and a few to take home. Rest assured, they are just as good reheated in your kitchen as they are fresh from the oven.
