Mandarin Express does not deviate from the standard Chinese food court blueprint. It has 15 or so dishes to choose from, and the most economical choice is the combo of two dishes with a side(rice or vegetables) and egg roll. The tastiness of the dishes is what sets it apart – the food is delicious, somewhat superior to similar places I have been to. The traditional choices are all present: Mongolian chicken, Sweet and Sour, Sesame, Orange, and many others, and all that I have had haven been excellent. The sides and egg rolls are good, but nothing special. The service is very fast. The only problem is the workers themselves. While efficient, they are not at all friendly and tend to be curt and almost pushy at times. They are not smilers. But all in all, this negative should not deter anyone from eating here… the food itself is very good and reasonably priced.
