Sheri is always very courteous and I love that they know me by name. Justin makes the absolute best potato salad, its seriously amazing. .and Red is the breakfast queen.

This place is simply awful! Like the other reviewers said, very poor customer service especially the cashier. Plus the food is just not good. I work in the building and only eat here when it’s raining and each time end up throwing half of my lunch away. Also, they are so incredibly slow. If you order a grilled item around 12, the lady will tell you it will be 25 minutes with the reason being «everyone wants to eat at 12.» Well, newsflash, you can eat other places downtown, and it does not take that long even around noon. I don’t think they understand how to run a restaurant that caters to the workforce or how to be friendly.

It’s in the building and I was hungry. I ordered breakfast, a bacon egg cheese biscuit. The lady took a phone call before completing my order, then asked me again what I wanted. So I order again, a bacon egg cheese biscuit. I get back to my desk, open my wadded up foil breakfast only to find the bacon is burnt black. I took it back, and the lady said… «oh, sorry; that was just the cook trying to use up all of the bacon. Do you want another one?»,
My response? Not a burnt one.

Very poor customer service! The cashier seems as though she is trying to be polite, but it is causing her great pain. Very high priced and you only get small portions. Had to wait 15 minutes for biscuits and gravy, which should be already prepared. I give it 2 stars just because the food normally has good favor.
