Not as good as it used to be. The staff are mostly younger and don’t seem to know what customer service is all about. They seem more involved in there own conversations then with customers. On my last visit I had to wait for the hostess to stop gabbing before they asked how many where in our party. After sitting down the server showed up only as much as he got around to it in between chats and standing around. Never checked back to see if we needed anything. The food was still good as usual, but the service kills the experience. Not to mention if my wings had come out fresh instead of warm I’d have liked them better. I’m guessing the server was busy talking while my food say ready, but not delivered to the table.

I visit from out of town and this is the second time I have been to this location and they make we wait for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges me or waits on me. To make it worse the server crossed by me several times and said nothing until he was ready to wait on me. I normally love BWW. I eat there in all my other states I visit but this particular one is horrible. They have no sense of urgency. I guess they don’t need the business. That’s okay your competitor got my business again!

Honestly I wouldn’t have been so pleased with quality of food and service if this was written three years ago. Food was awesome and the beer was flowing. Our waitress was very polite and was very helpful. I defiantly recommend this location.

If the overwhelming smell of garbage and rotting chicken tickles your fancy, this location is the spot for you. Less than mediocre service is the key word of the day here. Won’t be back.

Would not serve me because they would not accept a temporary ID from the state of Tennessee.

I was at this horrific establishment of a business. The lights were off the whole time. I left as fast as I could. When my food arrived, I ordered some Thai Curry, they were dryer than the working man’s pocket. It tasted like I was eating dirt. They don’t know the difference between tea and lemonade tea. The price difference between tea and lemonade tea is a hefty sum. I proceeded to explain but they’ve yet to understand. Therefore I give this place a 2⁄5 stars. Also the urinals are very short. They need big urinals for big men.

I ordered my food online and when I picked it up, Taylor Lee, the employee who was working the register was extremely nice and polite. The food was hot and ready when I got there! Give Taylor Lee a raise. BWW need more ppl like her.

Service was excellent. Wings were fire(so was my mouth after taking a bite of one.) Soft pretzels suck. Queso for the soft pretzels is even worse. At least they have great wings and that’s really all this place is about anyway right? If you want to watch anything sports related, go here. There is a tv in every spot imaginable.

Sunday at 6 pm and they are out of chicken for sandwiches. And I think the waitress was sucking on a piece of candy while she took our order. We enjoy playing the video trivia so we got a couple machines. The old ones had buttons– kind of gross but you get over it. But now They’re touch screen now so the screens are covered with greasy finger prints when you get them. Really should wipe them between customers. The Margarita was decent, but overpriced. Real skimpy on wing sauce, but it was hotter than advertised so I’m ok with that. Overall a below average night out when we should have gotten it to go and saved the money on drinks.

I give one star because you must give a star to write a review, otherwise you wouldn’t get any. How far you have fallen, BWW’s. My hubby and I love your wings/sauce. We rarely get anything but the wings. So on Father’s Day he wanted wings so we came to our go-to spot. We arrived at about 11:45 on a Sunday(before most churches in the area had let out so your rush had not yet begun. You apparently have a new«Justin Bieber» host who is a table Nazi. Apparently there weren’t any more 2-person tables in the first dining hall. There were tall tables in the noisy bar but because of health(back/leg) issues my hubby can’t sit at the tall stools any more. There were some 4-person tables open AND there was another ENTIREDININGROOMTOTALLYOPENFORYOURRUSH hour. Would your new boy wonder seat us at a 4-person table or in the empty dining room? No! He would rather stick to what he has been told«don’t seat 2 people at a 4-person table, save those for 4 people.» So, you lost a sale yesterday, and probably forever. My husband was extremely angry(which is rare) and you’ll be lucky if he comes back. We eat there at least once a month and I know that is not a lot, but we were loyal(we don’t like other wings). We often meet up with friends whom we have not seen in a long time at your restaurant, but I’m sure that will stop. Why do you let an idiot kid ruin your business? He should have been taught that he doesn’t have a job if he lets the customer walk back out the door!!! He should NOT work the hostess stand because he has not been trained adequately. Maybe put him on toilet cleaning duty? I notice your restaurant only has 3 stars now. My how you have fallen. You ADDED the new dining room so you could accommodate a lot more people. We like that because it is a lot less noisy. Yes we like the sports but the original dining hall is SUPERLOUD!!! So to be able to talk over dinner for us is a big thing… and my hubby gets to keep up with the game(yesterday wasn’t a big game day so the crowd was low). This is probably why you didn’t want to open up the other dining room. Shame on you, that is LAZY. It appears that you are on a downward spiral. The staff is dragging you down. The bathrooms(from our last visit) are on a HUGE downward spiral. Apparently no one in your ranks cares about the total dining experience any longer. Your employees will bring you down. They will rob you blind. Maybe not by taking cash from the till but by turning people away who probably won’t return. You just remodeled and spent a TON of money on it, but for what? I can only wish you luck because I’m afraid when my hubby holds a grudge it gets held for a long time.(He won’t let me stay at Hampton Inns when we travel any more, because of a very similar situation. It’s been 4 years now. He spent $ 10,000 per year there, now Marriott gets all that business.) You need to clean up your act or you too will lose your loyal customers. Make Policies, but give your staff the right to bend them if it means people will turn around and walk away. Otherwise your suite there in the strip mall will be vacant if you keep this poor attitude up. It was nice while it lasted. Bye.

Good place to go when you just want some wings and good tv. Not the place to be if you want some quiet time. If you are here late during the summer months, expect lots of teenagers. It’s just what they do. Overall, good place.

Unless you are craving wings — which they are good at I would go elsewhere. I asked for a medium burger and received a hockey puck on a hard bun. I could go on, service was mediocre etc. but it’s a 3 out of 5 every time.

My family and I love this place. Service is quick and it’s easy to get seated, provided you don’t go at a peak hour time(if you do, then that’s on you!). Food is standard for a Buffalo Wild Wings, good family environment too. My only issue with it is the parking — it’s incredibly tight, even during off-peak hours… We usually find ourselves making a serious trek to get to the restaurant from the car and then back again. I’ve seen some of the restaurants nearby actually employ«bouncers» in the parking lot to keep cars out(unless you’re headed to their particular restaurant). But otherwise, we really enjoy B-Dubs… Though it seems to be getting pricey!

I’m not a sports fan much less a wing or beer devotee. My husband wanted something different but aaargh. Most of the tables were unbussed and neglected. Our booth was all the way in the back so we saw ALL of them. He ordered 15 wings and 3 sauces w onion rings and I had a precooked burger probably frozen in a past life. The skin on fries were cold. Not impressed. It took quite a while to get the food but the waiter was excellent.

I was in Memphis on a Sunday and being a loyal fan, HADTO(not wanted to, had to) watch the Chicago Bears game. Since it was not on regular cable, my best option was BWW. They had a zillion screens all showing something and luckily I found a table near one showing Da’ Bears game. Unfortunately, you cannot run the audio if you have lots of different videos all playing at the same time so I literally watched the game without listening to the game. Wings were good, beer was cold, chips and salsa was outstanding. My chief complaint was the $$$. One beer, two dozens wings and a couple of pops cost close to $ 60 with tip. WTH??? That’s a lot of money! The good news is that the Bears won the game(they may not have if I hadn’t been watching) so I walked out of there happy as can be.

I believe most everyone knows this is a Sports bar/restaurant which serves wings and burgers along with other choices. The service is good, and is a great place for a drink(full bar). I have had lunch here several times with no complaints.

I go here quite a bit because I have honestly never had a bad meal. The food is absolutely amazing, and they have a little something for everyone. If you don’t like wings their burgers are really delicious. The only thing I would complain about is how loud it is, and one waiter. I wish I knew his name, but I forgot it. We used to go there quite a bit after school, and every time we went we would get this man. Even though we tipped him very generously every time we went(over 20% each) he acted like he just didn’t want to serve us and made comments about how we were«obsessed.» I love this place, but when I go, I kind of hope I don’t get that guy.

I consider myself a wing fanatic. Maybe even obsessive. I enjoy max heat with max flavor. After all what’s the point of wings if you can’t enjoy them? I’ve been to a ton of BWW locations and they’re all virtually identical with the exception of the layout. This location recently had an addition to their seating, I believe, from renting out the business next door and combining it into their existing space. I haven’t had a chance to check it out but added seating is always good. There are ample TV’s and you can always find something to watch. The beer selection is very good for a chain restaurant. The wings are excellent. My go-to order is 12 traditional«hot» wings. Their hot sauce is the hottest traditional buffalo sauce below the«Blazing». From what I’ve heard the blazing is too hot to enjoy. Like I said before, I just don’t see the point. The only reason I didn’t rate this place four stars is for a business practice they have. On Tuesdays and Thursdays they offer cheaper wings and boneless wings, respectively. This sounds great in theory but every time I’ve been the wings have had less sauce and been noticeably smaller. Also, they do not offer complimentary ranch and blue cheese on these days if you opt for the cheaper wings. I get the business practice and I even understand the charging for dressing but giving less quality wings means you’re not getting good value, you are simply paying for what you get. If they fix this issue, BWW would get five stars from me.

I have to say that for the most part I despise people who go right to Unilocal w/o trying to resolve something with management first. In this case, the manager, the server and the hostess lied to our faces, so it’s on, you get 1 star, BECAUSE I CAN’T GOLOWER. We planned to go to this location for a month. A combined going away party for a team coach and a parents challenge for wings against coaches. 12 adults and 9 kids. We aren’t dumb, we called the day before, and the hostess didn’t tell us they don’t take reservations, she said come on down at 6:30. We moved up our plans by an hour to make this time, ending practice early. So we are there at 6:30, and not only do we not have a reservation, but we are being told they don’t do reservations. We are being told by a server that our party is being split into two smaller groups. A manager and hostess are still claiming they don’t reserve tables. So explain why the tables are already pushed together for a baseball team? Explain why the tables are pushed together for a bachelor party. Explain why you would stand in front of customers and lie to them rather than try to work something out for us, when you overbooked. I won’t eat here again. Screwing customers over because you have as much business as you need tonight is the dubious luxury of a giant corporate chain that can rely on advertising, beer and sports to hit it’s numbers rather than good product and even better service. I know, because I own a restaurant, and I hate negative reviews on Unilocal. Sorry BWW but you asked for this one, you begged for it. (By the way, we walked across the parking lot to El Porton, they sat us in under 5 minutes, 3 servers helped, they gave the kids their own section, they never even asked about splitting the checks, they JUSTDIDIT. Because they respect and honor their customers.)
