Dr. Bierman is absolutely wonderful. He shows a lot of care and concern towards his patients and works to try to find solutions to your problems.
However…
His nurses do not return voice mails and the staff is aloof at best. Bring a book because you will be waiting a long time.

This group cares for there patients, from the front desk, nursing staff, and the doctors.

Germantown, TN
This place reminded me somewhat of being in an ER. The waiting room is massive and full of people just waiting to be hearded in. Be prepared to wait because they are always super busy. I’ve been in 3 times and I’m just amazed at how many people go here.
