I sent a coat there to be dry cleaned that had never before been cleaned. I picked it up & saw that the leather/vinyl on the trim of the coat(arms & back) were peeling. I returned the coat & informed them of the issue. After 3 ½ weeks, I was finally able to get the owner on the phone(although I left my number several times, he said he didn’t have it). He stated that he investigated the issue & asserted that the damage was due to wear b/c the material was damaged everywhere but the pockets, which isn’t often touched. He also stated that the young lady who initially took the coat claimed that she had noticed some wear in those areas before cleaning. It’s not likely that she«remembered» this after 3 ½ weeks. Furthermore, she didn’t note it on the ticket, nor did she mention this when I brought it back to complain. This company appears to be in the business of blaming the customer to avoid properly dealing with their mistakes. I will never go there again & wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

isn’t a cleaners only as good as when there is a problem? i sent in a brand new, expensive cashmere sweater to be cleaned prior to wearing. it came back with a stain that it did not go in with. i took it back the same day and now…4 cleanings later, the stain is just as bad plus the cashmere is beginning to pill due to over cleaning. the owner was unresponsive. i called multiple times, requesting call backs, a claim form, anything really. and still no response… this is even when it is a very expensive sweater. i can only imagine the lack of response for a pair of cotton slack that get damaged. the cleaners is in the bottom of my building… super convenient, but i am now using a delivery cleaners. that is how poor the response/customer service is. :(

If you love having all your buttons smashed to bits on your formal and expensive dress shirts… then look no further. Very poor experience after friend told me they were reasonable and could fold your shirts and box them. Lesson learned :/

I personally do not care for this dry cleaners. The convenience of the locations is the best favorable comment I can give… and the hours. Other than that, it’s very average. The staff is sometimes nice sometimes not. I’ve lived in Memphis for 4 years now and out of convenience kept coming back. I’m looking for others. Their prices are high for the level of dry cleaning service you receive. I’ve had buttons missing, stain marks, not well pressed garments… I’m just over it. They need to up their customer service.

This cleaner came highly recommended from my mother-in-law, who lives in this area. They are actually located in the downstairs of the building that houses lofts at Tennessee Ave and G.E. Patterson. The lady who was working when I dropped off and picked up was helpful and courteous. She looked up my dry cleaning by last name as a fumbled for my ticket, and she tipped me off about ways to save cash. Men’s shirts are discounted on Thursday($ 1.85) and dry-cleaning is $ 10 off on Tuesday. Maybe it’s a bit more expensive than others in Memphis(I really haven’t price-shopped), but they have convenient hours(open until 6:30 p.m. weekdays), timely service, and discounts to make it worth your while. I’ll be back!

Same day dry cleaning downtown! There are several locations to choose from. Standard pricing is $ 6 per piece except for larger items(dresses, coats, etc). I think men’s shirts are less. They are open 8am-6pm and on Saturdays(YAY). They charge more than some others but same day service is worth it sometimes!
