Had my hard drive go bad in my laptop computer. I purchased a new hard drive from a local retailer only to find out the replacement was beyond my capability. KC Computers agreed to install the new hard drive even though it wasn’t purchased from them. I dropped my laptop off mid-​afternoon & it was ready in just a few hours. It works flawlessly. I use my laptop extensively & it is essential for my day-​to-​day business. I never missed a beat. I HIGHLY recommend KC Computers!

Got a refurb laptop here a few years ago at a great price. The staff is Wonderful, Knowledgeable, and Honest. Just got more memory added to my laptop. Free estimates and next day turn around on repairs. I have been very pleased.
