Too bad I can’t leave zero stars. I don’t understand how people like this can even get hired for a job like McDonald’s. I’m sure it’s stressful but it’s not rocket science. It’s just pure and total laziness and a «I don’t care» attitude here just like most of Memphis. These people don’t take any pride in what they do. That miserable? Go work somewhere else.

I’m upset Pam, Manager, talked with me and another friend with so much disrespect towards us. She just walked inside the store and started laughing as she walked toward us.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go there they mess up my order in some way. I order a Big Mac, they give me a quarter pounder. I ask for sweet n sour sauce, they give my barbecue. I will never go here again. Terrible service.

Just a regular McDonald’s. Kind of run down. Food is iffy at this location, I would go to the one on union instead of this one.

My food was fresh, I ordered the breaded chicken bacon clubhouse and fries, both were fresh. I ordered towards the end of the lunch rush. The service wasn’t outstanding, but they presented themselves well and tolerable. You can only be soo happy for so long during your shift at McDonald’s. All in all, food was quick and fresh, therefore I got what I paid for

Stopped in for some breakfast. Wonderful customer service. Employees were cheerful and pleasant. Lobby and parking lot were very clean. I had a sausage muffin and hashbrowns. Food was good and freshly made. I docked one star because my hashbrowns were not fully cooked. I think they pulled them out the grease a Lil too soon. I went inside and got my order to go. I think I spent maybe a total of three minutes from time I walked in until I left. Service was very fast.
