I’m surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews but here goes!
Great service all around and the staff is attentive and very friendly. The guy that always does my pedicure is the owner and a total foodie! After talking with him I always have some insane food craving, thanks a lot dude!
I usually get the Deluxe pedi now I don’t know what the price difference is but its worth it. I also add gel polish to my toes instead of the regular. It’s 15 dollars more but it works better for me because I wear sneakers to work in and my polish would chip and fade quickly.
Nicole does all of the acrylic work and she is FAST! I love that, I can get sort of impatient and she takes like 15 – 20 mins tops to do my fill ins.
This is a clean establishment and well staffed. I’m always pleased with my service.

Great service and very conscientious work. They took us as walk-​ins on Christmas Eve and did not hurry us along. The foot baths were great, massage chairs relaxing and the hot towels sublime.

My first time going to this place last Friday and it was really great! Like other reviews said there was no wait which was really nice :) They get started right away and are very nice with their customers. I got a full set and a pedicure (55 $). The full set looks FLAWLESS and my pedicure, which included a foot/​leg massage, was extremely nice. The only thing I didn’t like was the massage chair you sit in when you’re soaking your feet; it’s a little rough. Other than that I do think I will come back!

Paid for a Deluxe pedicure that didn’t come with the wax, or stones, not even the mud mask. Then the lady that did the nail design on my toes made me look like a kindergartner did it. Also my fill in was horrible. The lady that did them cut my nails way too short. Eyebrows horrible as well! Just an overall bad experience!

Had a great manicure and pedicure today! Very pleased :) The staff was very friendly and their pedicure massage chairs are AWESOME! We went right after lunch on Friday and it wasn’t crowded at all. It started getting busier when we were leaving around 2:00.

GREAT pedicure. Definitely the best I’ve had in Memphis. What the salon lacks in ambiance, the technicians make up for with skill and service. And the price is good– $ 40 for a mani/​pedi isn’t bad. This is going to be my go-​to place from now on.

I usually go to another nail salon a bit farther down the road from my place, but at a fellow Unilocaler’s suggestion, I gave Nails by Nicole a shot today.
Not only did she do a great job, the nail tech also spent a good amount of time making sure I liked the finished product.
Unlike my regular salon, there was no champagne and mood lighting — but there was also no line and no rush. I was there for over an hour and I saw two other people come in. Granted it was in the early afternoon, but it was still a welcome respite. There will always be those times that you want to go and pamper yourself at those «spa» style nail salons, but most of the time, I just want to get my nails done and get going with the rest of my day.
Nails by Nicole is clean, has up-​to-​date equipment and very friendly staff. I will definitely be visiting this place again. Thank you Joelle P. for the excellent suggestion!

I am shocked this wonderful place has never been reviewed! I am almost scared to reveal this gem to the world… they might get too busy for me! ;)
I have been coming here for two years and I adore everyone that works there. I love that they greet you by name (even on my second visit)!
They have the BEST pink and white gel technician. She has completely spoiled me. When I left to work in LA for a few months, I had withdrawals! No one I have found (even in Beverly Hills) comes close to her.
Now that I am safely back in their care, my nails have never looked better. Their pedicures ($ 28) are the best as are the foot massages that come with it.
They also have a wide array of colors to choose from (i.e. sparkles and bright orange) for those adventurous girls! And for preppy girls like me, they have a million shades of pinks.
It also stands to mention, since this is a nail place, that it is very clean!
