This place was super cool. We got there right after happy hour ended at 8:30. A nice addition to Memphis. Especially this area that was once thriving when the Mall of Memphis was here. We walked in and asked for a table for 3 and we were given a nice booth. There was also another area that looked like VIP but I’m not sure. Maybe it was reserved for a birthday party. The music was loud. So if you want to have meaningful conversation and gaze into each others eyes, go somewhere else. It was basically a club but dinner was being served. Flashing disco lights included. Goooood 90s-present HipHop & R&B. It was hard to hear the server though but we made it work. We ordered a pitcher of frozen peach Margarita for around $ 18. There were 3 of us and we all got 2 drinks out of there filled to the brim. I ordered chicken fajitas which came with rice, beans, sour cream, lettuce, pico, guac, tortillas, and of course fajita chicken for $ 11.99. It was sooo much food and tasty too! It’s kind of hard to mess up fajitas. It was a little too greasy though but I finished a good portion of it. Be aware, take your receipt to the door, the security guard asked for it when we exited. It’s to prevent dine and dash. Understandable. Anyway, it’s a good time. Laid back, no cover when we got there. Plenty of parking. Go have a girls or guys night!

El dj esta medio wy o sus aparatos no le dan buen resultado. No está tan mal el ambiente lo hace la gente y la música es variada.

The food here is mediocre. I had the chicken fajita chimichanga… The picture looks better than it tasted. The chicken was under seasoned. It was ok but I wouldn’t order it again. Now the drinks on the other hand … On POINT! They have Margarita specials all night as well as $ 2 and $ 5 shots on Wednesdays. The food was a no for me but a pit stop after work for drinks YES!

Our organization had a function here recently. The food was very good. The server was brand new & didn’t really know what he was doing. The great thing was the owner/mgr came out and helped the server. It was the mgr who ensured our drinks came out, food was served & that we were pleased. He enlisted the help of a more experienced server to work our table while he tended to other customers. The ambience was excellent with a live band playing in the background. It’s a great place to go for after work happy hour drinks(2/$ 5 margaritas) & wind down. The place becomes a nightclub after 10pm in case you want to stay longer & shake your tail feather. :-)

Horrible service. The owners sister is rude. We ordered there often and have never been treated so bad. Needless to say we will not go back

Well, we had hoped to like this place, however it was totally unimpressive. To begin, the décor is odd to say the least for a Mexican restaurant. I understand it’s a salsa dancing spot on the weekend, so I guess that makes more sense. The margarita basically had no flavor whatsoever. More like drinking water out of a cup you hadn’t rinsed after drinking lemonade. The verde sauce on my chicken enchiladas was equally tasteless. I don’t like to post a review that is completely negative, so let me add two strong positive comments. Our waitress was incredibly pleasant so in spite of the disappointing meal, we tipped her well. Secondly, the chunky guacamole was excellent. Not a place we will go back to though.

Well this restaurant is somewhat off the beaten path where the old mall that use to have a skating ring on American way. Usually Mexican places aren’t very spacious and vibrant but this place is different: Good food and pretty comfortable place.

O’Cielo is a newer restaurant. Wasn’t sure what to expect but am soooo glad we came. Jose’ and his brother are working hard to make this a popular and well-respected restaurant along with providing a fun nightlife. Jose’ was very personable, cared about how our meal was, and was so pleasant to talk with. The bar is cool and it is very clean. This restaurant is fine for kids during lunch and dinner. I will definitely be back!

Great Mexican food! The Tacos Al Carbon were terrific. Salsa was good and Pico de gallo was excellent!

Near the intersection of Perkins & American Way. Went for lunch this week. Lots of signs and advertising… Food, OK. Prices pretty good for lunch. Very Very neat and clean inside. Really like what they’ve done with the location… if you’re into Salsa dancing, come here on Friday or Saturday night, that’s their main business. But, lunch, OK, $ 5. Speedy Gonzalez, Taco, just so so, enchilada pretty good, rice ok, beans ok. I want to come back. Tengo que volver! Folks, try it, really nice interior, friendly staff, bi-lingual a challenge, but, try it, see what you think.
