I love this Old Navy. Honestly, I visited other Old Navy’s on my vacations. This is definitely the best I’ve been to. The people are so friendly. They’re more than happy to help you find an outfit for an event. It is a bit messy sometimes like what other commenters have said, but I always see someone working to get it straightened up. Not to mention they have the patience of saints, because if I worked there and saw people destroying the clothes I was working on right in front of me like I’ve seen people do(picture Godzilla loose in a store) I’d lose my sanity. So after my last experience with them hunting down the last of a shirt I wanted so badly I had to write of my experiences. So if your boss is reading this guys tell them a highly satisfied customer says you all deserve a raise.

Why does every Old Navy in the greater Memphis area look like it was recently looted? It doesn’t matter what part of town you’re in, what time of year it is, the time of day or day of the week — Old Navy can’t get their shit together in The Bluff City. I am one of those«frugalistas» who actually loves shopping at places like Old Navy and I also prefer to do my clothes shopping in a brick and mortar store. It’s unfortunate that lately I’ve had to get my Old Navy fix in Memphis. This particular location is one of the better in the area but that’s not saying much. The dressing rooms are a disaster, the racks are a mess, and the lines are loooooong. Being the best in a group of bad isn’t really something to brag about but Old Navy’s trendy, inexpensive clothes can’t be beat and are a easy way to look stylish for less.

I only ever come here because i like the jewelry, but it has become impossible to find jewelry thats not shitty material. I found a ring that was literally a wire that wrapped around my finger twice and it was 14FUCKINGDOLLARS!!! You want me to waste my money on crappy jewelry? NO, fix yourself

Today I visited Old Navy and the store was a complete mess the cashiers and service workers were short and rude I couldn’t get anyone to help me find anything when I finally did get someone Lindsay she told me the wrong price on two of the shirts. She said that they were $ 4 and they were $ 8. Shaundra and YaMina two of the cashiers was short and rude, dismissed me when I ask for help. Jasmine was nice helpful but my overall experience was terrible I wish there was an old Navy near me with better service. I’ve been at loyal Old Navy shopper for the past 10 years or so but I might have to change that.

I don’t shop here often because its not in a convenient area, I’m used to them being attached to a mall or at least in a nicer shopping strip, but they do have pretty good deals on clothing. the quality isn’t as good as Gap, but the clothes are half the price too. If you are a military ID holder they offer a discount on Mondays at this location.

Old Navy is hit or miss for me. If you’re on a strict budget and you’re not as concerned about a tailored fit, then Old Navy is for you. I think that ON is an excellent place to go for kids’ clothing — you can get super deals. Everything that I’ve bought in the past from Old Navy was pretty basic, and I ended up getting frustrated with the sloppy fit of the cheaper fabrics. One positive — they do have cute swimwear. The place has a major plastic smell, so be prepared for that.
