Onix

The service here is horrid!!! I went in and there was a young kid sitting at the first table playing on his phone. He works here, he had an Onix shirt on. He said nothing just started at me and my friend.
Get to the register and the lady, her name is Pudding, acted as if we were a bother to come and patronize her business. She didn’t greet us at all. She just looked at us. I mentioned I wanted the 6 piece tender lunch special. My friend asked for the 6 wing lunch special but all flats. She rings us up and the guy walks to the back to cook it.
As we are sitting waiting, 2 of Pudding’s friends come in. They also have Onix shirts in. They greet us and are very friendly. Pudding is the shining employee at this point and very personable. We get our food and I ask for ranch dressing. She says its in the box. I open it and there is none. I ask for some and told it’s an extra charge. Wth? My friend also did not get all flats.
Won’t be going back. I hate bad attitudes. And the food was not good at all!
