Pizza Hut

Food was late. Was lied to by store manager who insisted that the food was on its way and would arrive in 5 mins. It arrived ten minutes later. When food arrrived it had obviously been cooked and then reheated before delivery and was still lukewarm upon arrival. Never again.

By far the worst representation of this chain I’ve EVER experienced — BY FAR. And, I like Pizza Hut (mostly). Don’t make the mistake of opening the box from this place when you get home. There’s a reason they don’t do it while you’re there. Twice (second my fault), I got a pizza with about three shreds of cheese on it; reason I didn’t check it at the store the second time is that it was a fairly new shop then, and I figured they’d gotten better. Wrong. Third experience: they didn’t cook it even halfway. I pulled back the cheese to show the manager the uncooked dough beneath, and she became irate and called me childish for putting my finger in it. Then, she denied me a refund. I showed the whole store I’m not a child. Children can’t accomplish what I did. And, I called her some things too. One thing (and there were several) I pointed out was she was worth even less than the raw pizza. I got my freakin’ refund via corporate. The whole store got a slice of my madness, from the waiting area to the line cooks. You’re welcome. To the owner: you suck, and Pizza Hut should shut you down and sue you. To everyone else who has yelled and threw stuff at these losers: don’t go back. No telling why they are putting in these «pizzas.» Bums. Won’t be back. Take this crap and put it in a bag of Walmart dog food Pizza Hut. Stay Classy.

Ordered takeout. Showed up on time. 8 people working, though not being productive. Still had to wait an extra 15 min.

Pizza Hut order placed at 6:30 pm called store at 6:50 and was put on hold for 8 minutes and 15 seconds when it disconnected. My husband called from his cell and was immediately ask to be put on hold when he told the store no I do not want to be put on hold. He handed me the phone where I informed the store that I ordered the pizzas at 6:30 and the website stated an hour delivery time. The woman informed me they were very busy and on a two hour delivery time. I also informed her she put me on hold for 8 minutes and she stated she was very sorry and that our pizzas had gone out and again, they were very, very busy. This is why we stopped ordering from this store. They never deliver by an hour. Dominos Pizza a few doors from the Pizza Hut delivers in thirty minutes… EVERY TIME! I do not know if all the Pizza Huts in Memphis are this bad but this is not uncommon for this store. I have sworn I would NEVER order from Pizza Hut again! Pizza delivered one hour and fifty minutes!

Just want to add my experience. Being there are reviews stating how bad they are, just want to add my 2 cents. Used to order from PH but for some outlandish reason they will not deliver to me any longer. The reason «I live in a ‘red zone’». I live in the middle of the block. They will deliver to my neighbor, but not me. The difference… my driveway.

I ordered from here three times and each time they’ve messed it up, I will not be ordering from them again.

I placed an order online and drove over to pick it up. I sat for about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk. My order was over 30 minutes late, the employees were rude, customer service was awful, and not to mention the 7 other people in the same dilemma as I. While I was waiting, for what seemed like forever, I could see and hear the employees arguing and yelling at each other. As if that isn’t enough, while I was still waiting, I watched a worker go off on a customer that waited longer than I had to even be addressed. The same worker practically yelled at me once my order was ready and was mumbling under her breath as I was leaving. Horrible experience over all.

The worst experience of any restaurant i have been too. I called a delivery for a pizza after i got off of work took a shower. During shower pizza corp called. I waited 40 mins for a pizza turns out they cancelled without directly contacting me. this place is only a 15 min walk away. I come over to ask why they canceled my order the poor manager didnt even know i placed a order. I called the number back. They wouldnt even offer a apology nor a discount. Screw this company. Im done with pizza hut. i would suggest another company

I placed an order at 10:46 pm and I received an email saying the delivery time will be 11:46. At 11:55 I received a call from the store telling me that the delivery guy came to my apartment and nobody opened the door. BIG lie because I was sitting on the kitchen waitimg for an hour. Thi is the second time this people do this. Every time you ordered a pizza close to the time they close the store they just dont deliver it. Lazy and rude employees. I’m nor ordering from these people ever again.
