Pizza Hut is not a bad if we need convenience and they haven’t really disappointed me except for this location. The pizza I ordered was burnt and I can’t find a better explanation than that. I dont think they even quality check the pizza after it comes out of the oven. There are good days and bad days but being consistently bad is a sign that this place needs to be managed better.

The customer service at this place is a nightmare. I called on the phone to say I was changing my delivery to carry out which was met with a negative attitude. Then, when I got there, the food was not ready at the promised time and I had to wait. The pizza was made incorrectly with the new garlic crust instead of the original and the cashier lied to me and said they do not make crust without garlic cheese on it anymore. Are you kidding me? I will never order from this particular Pizza Hut again.

I placed on an online order and it said I will receive my order at 10:21 however a hour passed I never received a pizza so I call the number and the driver pretended to be me and canceled the order. However I reordered and she told me a hour wait it’s now 12:30 and I never received a pizza I’m pissed off I starved all night waiting on these ppl I’m not from here Dnt know my way around and this is the worst service ever!

Ridiculous! I ordered my pizza at 8pm. 1.25 hrs later I called as I hadn’t received my pizza yet. The lady said the delivery man was on my way out with my pizza. 30 mins later I called again. Spoke with a different lady. She said she called the store and that my pizza was still there! They had 2 drivers quit and were running on one driver. It would be at least another HOUR for my pizza! I said NO WAY. Refund my money. Cancel my order and give me a credit. They gave me a $ 15 credit. I called Papa Johns (my normal pizza place) and I will have my pizza in 30 minutes. I will never order from this store again.

I gave Pizza Hut a 2 because they are not what they used to be. Their quality of food sucks. Nothing is the same! It took them 50 mins to deliver my order and all they gave me was 3 dollars off! For Pizza Hut to be the most expensive between papa johns and dominos they are certainly nasty. I believe Pizza Hut should focus more on there pizza being that it is a Pizza Hut, they need to leave wings and all that extra alone until they grasp the basics.
