The brunch is at the Capriccio Grill. The restaurant is not as fancy as the Peabody public areas but it is a nice location. The brunch consists of three stations: breakfast, lunch and dessert. The lunch buffet is actually in the area just outside the restaurant. It is not the most extensive brunch I’ve seen but it is very good. The ~ $ 40 per adult includes champagne and mimosas as well as coffee and other beverages. Our waitress was very attentive and ensured our glasses were never empty. They have made to order omelettes which you order with the waitress. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic: scrambled eggs, potatoes, cheese grits, belgian waffles, bacon, pork sausage and biscuits with gravy. The lunch buffet however has additional items such as smoked salmon and trout, bagels and fruit. There is also a prime rib carvery station. There were multiple casseroles and lunch dishes but I didn’t have the capacity to try them all. There was some excellent spicy prawns and a crawfish pasta dish. There is also a small salad bar. We lingered for about an hour and a half and were never rushed to leave. I would recommend reservations to avoid a wait as the seating area is not very large. If you are interested the«duck walk» is at 11:00 but you need to be there early to get a good viewing place. As far as dress code I don’t know if there is an official one. We wore suits and nice dresses because it was a special occasion but there was the whole gamut from that to jeans and shorts. I prefer to not look like a tourist but you’ll probably be alright with just about anything. Parking at Peabody Place was $ 5.

5 stars for food and walk on roof top. I give a three because no real ambiance and when paying $ 45 a meal I would like to have more to look at than a bunch of tables and people walking up and down to «buffet» I felt like I was at a step up from kitchen cafeteria in that regard but food is excellent with great selections and service.

This place was not up to the standard I was hoping for. They have a huge desert bar, but as far as the rest of the breakfast goes nothing stood out. Not one thing beside the desert got me excited. I understand it’s a buffet but usually I like one thing at least. They also don’t comp valet parking.

Save your money. Sunday brunch at the Peabody is very overrated. I have been here three times for the Sunday Brunch and have yet to be impressed. While I will admit, the set up and spread is visually stunning, the taste of the food itself fell very short. Everything tasted below average. The only thing I can recall having that tasted really good were the grilled asparagus and squash– but those were served cold and over ice. They would have been much better if served warm. There is a plethora of different foods available: typical breakfast foods, seafood, soups, casseroles, different pastas, different meat selections. But again, nothing sticks in my mind for being above average. Simply not worth it, there are plenty of other places in Memphis where you can have a fabulous brunch experience. 2 stars for ambiance only,

Our group of nine had reservations for 11:30AM, and we were seated on time. Every item I tried from the numerous breakfast, lunch, and desert choices was delicious. Especially good were the biscuits and bacon from the breakfast line and the warm bread pudding from the desert table.

This was a hands down and solid FIVESTAR brunch! HIGHLIGHTS: impeccable service, courteous and attentive staff. Southern Hospitality is their specialty! The food was absolutely perfect! My favorites included: Ravioli, Prime Rib, Salmon with Capers, Vegetables were fresh, FAT shrimp, biscuits, beef brisket was absolutely delicious. BUT by far, the best bread pudding on earth is served at the Peabody! There is a waffle station and breakfast items too. Of course Mimosas and an impressive dessert station. I’ve been to much more expensive brunches in other states– the price for what you get here is worth each and every penny! Cooking vegetables perfectly is not easy. The cooks at the Peabody deserve a large applause, keep up the good work. I’ll always have brunch here when I visit Memphis!

BESTPLACEEVER!!! I’ve eaten at ALOT of different places and this is THE best. Very elegant. Upon walking to the table, the silverware are all in the correct spots. The selection of food is endless! The flavor of the lunch section is just mouth watering. It’s kind of expensive for a buffet, but totally worth every penny. I love how they serve orange juice and champagne. You will leave stuffed and not hungry for the rest of the day:)

Overpriced and not good. The highlights: breakfast items, coffee and service. Low life: lunch items, rancid tasting prosciutto, receiving made-to-order items from server pick-up window. If Memphis tradition is bad and overpriced brunch food, go to the Peabody’s brunch. Otherwise, check out other options or head to IHOP. You’ll thank me later.

The Sunday brunch at the Peabody Hotel s a Memphis tradition. It’s an elegant brunch featuring fresh pastries, lamb, beef, salads, pasta and lots of desserts. It’s a little pricier than other brunches in town($ 34.50 for adults and $ 12.50 for children) but well worth the experience and the setting. They is such a wide arrangement of food you can find whatever you like. They also have brunch for holidays(Easter, Mother’s Day etc) but be sure to book it in advance as it always sells out.
