Peggnet Computers

I found PeggNet because of the previous reviewer and their listing on Unilocal when I started Googling for warranty repair providers near me. I’d just finished calling down a list of dozens of Lenovo warranty server providers, most of whom don’t work with small or personal/​private non-​corporate clients, and many of which take weeks to get back to you just to turn you down. The review I read was dead-​on.
PeggNet has outstanding customer service and they care about their customers. With my computer, I didn’t even know until I came to pick it up how much of a hassle they’d had dealing with a confusing extended warranty for my laptop, and they had it ready for me three business days after I dropped it off!
My computer was having issues with a fuzzy display of lines coming up on my screen and my laptop is better, I can adjust my screen without seeing gray stripes. Thank you so much, PeggNet! You are truly outstanding!
I’m used to a very high level of service after using Richards Computer in Fairfax, VA for repairs during college, and I’ve tried several places in the NJ/​NYC area, but no one has been as prompt or as outstanding with the service as PeggNet, and the convenience is an added plus. It is a huge relief not to be driving over an hour in intense Rt. 46, Rt. 1, or Rt. 3 traffic multiple times in two weeks to deal with a recurring problem that wasn’t properly fixed and takes more than a week to get allegedly «fixed» each time my laptop goes in. The people at this small business are friendly and show small business in the best possible meaning. I love that PeggNet is willing to schedule a time for you to bring your machine in, and doesn’t make you drop it off and leave it waiting for weeks before they’ll get to it.
While I love my ThinkPad IBM/​Lenovo laptops (I’m on my third, and nothing has held up better, my whole family has ThinkPads), sending a laptop in for repairs at the depot just doesn’t cut it. The thorough follow up from a local shop, along with the unbelievably fast turn around time makes PeggNet a much better choice.
I think I’ve finally found a place I feel good about using as my laptop repair place!

Talk about knowledge, service and great customer service and you are talking about Peggnet. I have used them several times for all sorts of things. They saved two of my laptops for hard drive meltdowns. They mirrored a drive for me when I needed to increase the hard drive on my home computer. They transferred a bunch of my old video tapes to DVD.
They even sold me and installed for me an Automower and helped me any time it had any troubles.
They staff is always smiling and ready help. They seem to know everything about computers, from the smallest, to the largest servers.
It is wonderful to find all of this in downtown Mendham.
I highly recommend them.
