The front desk staff are generally unprofessional and sometimes even rude. Multiple times I’ve arrived for an appointment and been ignored for several minutes while the desk staff continue to chat among themselves or even text. This does not reflect the high quality of the services. Specifically, I would give five stars to Luciana and her waxing abilities!

I recently had my hair cut by Alex and had to write a review! What a great guy and what an amazing cut and blow dry! I’ve been getting compliments all week. It was easy to get an appointment, easy to park and I couldn’t have asked for a better hair style. He took into consideration my wavy hair, the fact that I’m due in a month and wouldn’t want too long of layers so I could still easily pull my hair up when caring for a newborn, etc… Top notch service. I’ll be going back for my color/​highlights soon!

Ms. T must’ve been off her meds that day. I have been coming to Cecil for a very long time because he is one of the top stylists to be found. That’s correct, The Mendham Spa is not just a spa, but a very high end salon as well. The salon is immaculate and modern, and the staff are very professional and friendly. 5 stars all the way.

I was working hurricane sandy and i happened to drive in the area and saw a sign and walked in and didnt have appointment i received so many nice comments on my hair after the cut was amazing a little pricey, but it was worth the pampering i deserve, love my new cut. I would highly recommend anyone to visit from out of state this is a high end hair salon. Love the remodeling job that the shop was working on. thanks for making me feel special. They offered me warm tea and cookies. The guy that cut my hair was nice. Thanks again.

I was truly disappointed in my experience at The Mendham Spa. They claim they are an upscale Spa but or an overpriced and under-​talented salon. The facility was dirty and the workers looked sloppy. My haircut was a great disappointment and I was rather shocked at the price. My advice… don’t bother!
