Jack In the Box

I went to this jack in the box on 10÷15÷15 at about 10:15 pM drive through and never have I dealt with such a snarky attitude in a drive thru. It was the blonde girl with all the scabs on her face lookin like she ran into a wall and ruined her night. I didn’t order anything complex and she presented thee most terrible customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to order more stuff just to throw it at her for being so rude. My passenger suggested I leave a Unilocal review just to put her on spot for acting like that. I understand you’re flipping burgers but don’t take it out on me because your job sucks :)

The only thing that distinguishes a fast food place like Jack in the Box is the quality of the people working inside, and in that aspect the place is blessed by nice and competent employees. It is a fact that from one fast food chain place to another of the same name there can be a big difference, sometimes for the better or for the worst. This location I like, and I am happy to live nearby, and right here and now I will fess up that I mostly go to Jack for their two regular tacos for .99 cents. They absolutely annihilate the munchies with minimum investment. As long as plenty of their hot sauce accompanies this selection I am pleased.
What are they made of? That is a mystery for the ages and of secondary importance, for with around $ 10 duckies 20 are dispensed! Good enough for stoners at the height of their hunger, ant therefore good enough for me. There is also a beautiful Spanish manager that reminds me of Penelope Cruz, and how cool is that be that inside or through the drive window! 4 Stars.

Absolutely best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The manager was incredibly friendly and courteous and even offered drinks on the house. Also jack in the box has some of the best yet underrated burgers of any burger house on the west coast

Usually after 5 mistakes I stop visiting a restaurant. Well today was the 7^th out of maybe 20 orders.
I will admit that I spend way to much every year on jack in the box. Why? Because I like it. I have been to many locations that I start to see patterns with the employees working and the mistakes that are made.
Here is my conclusion with this location:
— The employees are not organized.
If you come during lunch hour and a worker forgets to cook bacon, they will put out orders without including bacon. Even on the meals that come with it. It has happened to me 4 times in two weeks.
— The employees do not have a common sense when it comes to what is sanitary.
²⁄₃ visits you can expect the dirty ketchup packets, ranch, and any other condiments to be placed directly on top of your fries. Those ranch and kektchup packets are not clean on the outside. In fact they are filthy. My brother is a health inspector and we hit the lights on the ranch packets. You wouldn’t believe… Why would you ever put them on top of food. Not only that, but if the condiments are not on the fries, they will have pushed napkins down on them. Heres why…
— The food is cold.
Do not be surprised if you get 2 – 3 hour old curly fries. Not only are they stale but cold and full of bacteria. You will notice that when they make the mistake of not having fresh fries, they will put a HUGE amount of napkins on top to cover it up in hopes you don’t call them out on it. I have caught a few dell taco employees doing this. Its insulting when someone making 7 dollars an hour thinks they can outsmart you.
— The manager knows it.
After the 4^th bad order I called the manager to feel the situation out. To my surprise he remembered my order better than I did. He was absolutely willing to fix the mistake with free food, but his tone was that of someone who gets that type of call a lot. This leaves me to assume that he knows his employees have issues. Like any other business finding good people is hard. Especially when low wages are involved. I almost feel bad because it seems the restaurant is trying but cannot quite deliver with consistency.
I feel like Jack in the Box should pay me to expose stores like this. They need fixes and some employees who actually care about what they are doing in life. I understand flipping burgers sucks, but it does not give you an excuse to rip people off with messed up food.
On principle I cannot come back to this location. Tired of wasting money and eating bad food.

This the best Jack in the box I’ve ever been to in life! There is a person that works there by the name of Timothy I believe and he was the sweetest man I have ever met at a fast food place. He was such a pleasure to deal with and I think he should get a big fat raise!!! :) On top of that everyone else there has great customer service. I love coming to this Jack! Thank you everyone…

This Jack in the Box has the Best customer service. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The food is also good. They care about giving you great service. I was there tonight and the service was great again :)

Terrible. Ordered shakes tonight for the family and they were literally like room temperature milk. pretty sure they just poured the shake mix right into the cups. Not cold at all and the cookies were stale. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

Yay! My chicken fajita pita didn’t have a tear in it (so it didn’t wind up in my lap) and they gave me napkins! Let’s face it, when I’m on the road eating in my car, that’s pretty much what I care about as long as the food is good.
And for 330 calories, the chicken fajita pita is about as good as it gets for road warrior food.

This has to be the best Jack in the Box I’ve been too. I have never seen one so clean and with the most polite employees. Their crew even has a sense of humor and enjoy their job. Customer service is a big deal for me and these ladies nailed it. Way to go. Keep up the good work and great food.

They cant get an order right. Food cold. Horrible! Went through the drive through today. Ordered medium combos they tried to give us small. Asked for diet dr. Pepper got regular. Thanks that will help my diabetes! Sandwiches were cold. Frys cold and stale. Not going back!

Always busy, but the drive through moves at a fine pace. My food is always right.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING. Every time I come here, the people who work here are always in a good mood. The food is always good and even if it wasn’t I think I would still come back because of the people working here. Well maybe not, but its nice to come get food where the people are always nice. The place is always as clean as they can make it and definitely family friendly.

I usually don’t take the time to review fast food joints, but I am for this particular Jack in The Box. Every time I come here, the customer service is outstanding. The employees are seriously so nice it’s ridiculous.

Came here because I was stranded but pleasantly surprised. Its a cold day and they’re serving Kona coffee! The service was fast and friendly, not cold and indifferent like most fast food joints. They serve breakfast all day long, so I helped myself to an extreme sausage sandwich. An excellent choice, it was actually hot when I got it and didn’t have that“once frozen” texture. I know its not high end but on a cold day without wheels, This was a welcomed stop. Server even asked me how I liked the service. When is this last time anyone has asked me this question? «Can I get a refill on this Kona?»

Food is the same as any other jacks! Don’t like that they won’t give you their flavored teas in a large cup! The jacks off of Scott will.

I used to eat here regularly and the food was always great until that day. I’m afraid I haven’t quite had the desire to go back since.
