Bad experience here. My normal order is a Spicy Italian minus the Pepperoni and replace it with more Salami. Now 2 other Subways cater to my request and this one gave me some BS answer that it rings up as Salami and Pepperoni(Spicy Italian). The employee must have thought I was stupid and don’t know how retail works but she catered to it saying she will only do that request once. I was really considering contacting corporate because again, other Subways cater to the customers request as she was saying they aren’t supposed to. Luckily I was only stopping through Menifee and I will NEVER go there again!

My wife and I stopped in for lunch and the people working were nice and friendly greeting us as we walked in. All the food was really fresh and this was in the morning. Usually subways will use the stuff from the day before but everything was fresh. I will come back here

Most subways greet you as your walking in with«welcome to subway». not here… only if they feel like it. I asked the gal why… she responded«I did».(No she did not) and rudely just said what sandwich do you want. She did not have a name tag. But she has a tattoo on right arm. Sooo rude. Clearly she missed the memo on giving good customer service. And clearly she didnt go to charm school. And I eat at subway at minimum 3 times per week. At minimum.

I wrote a review on the other Subway in Menifee last month! Quit giving them my business. Started going to this Subway on Haun road. Staff is super friendly, lobby is very clean. Will continue going here!

I ordered a giant sub for a party online. initially I was highly upset because when I arrived to pick it up because it wasn’t ready. The manager though not sure what her name was handled it very well… She quickly put together my order plus an extra platter for them not being on top of the order… Even though at first I was mad she did an AMAZING job at handling her job professionally and making up for it.

Came here for dinner last night. I decided to try the veggie Flatizza and my daughter had the pepperoni Flatizza. I liked my Flatizza because it was kind of like a pizza but with out the grease. My daughter loved it. She was disappointed when I told her it was offered for limited time only. The best part was that the Flatizzas were only 2 for $ 5. The only complaint is that the sandwich artists were hesitant in making the Flatizza(I understand it’s a new item). I did feel that they could’ve put more sauce and cheese on mine, and my daughter agreed. Overall clean establishment. Good location. Friendly staff and good customer service.

We have been to this subway about a hundred times over the last 10 years. In the last 6 months something has changed. The customer service is a joke. The bread is usually hard as a rock and the location is just plain dirty. We will be going out of our way to purchase from another Subway for now on.

2 stars for the decent attempt at promoting people to «eat healthy.» If it wasn’t for their spokesperson, Jared, and his remarkable weight-loss story, the boom of Subways would not have been as dramatic as you see today. There’s just too many of these franchises out there and many put a damper to the name. I admit this place«used» to be good to go to, but nowadays I find that I always wish I went somewhere else after eating here. This place in the Menifee Countryside Marketplace is fairly new. Went here and it was somewhat clean but there were a number of customers around so it was busy. Had enough cash for one of those $ 5 footlong deals and said to myself, «why not? I haven’t been here in a long while and I’m really in the mood for a sandwich.» Boy, did I regret it. The food isn’t that bad but not great either. Ordering especially seems to be a pain. Then flashbacks of why I don’t normally come here start dancing around in my head. So I order a simple Cold Cut Combo and all I really want on it is mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. The employees shoots out specks of mustard in 4 places since the bottle was almost empty then proceeds to add lettuce. I say«WAIT!!! Can you please add some more mustard?» She seems bothered by this and proceeds to get a fresh bottle to use. I don’t know what the problem is because you’re going to have to get a fresh bottle anyway. If I don’t say something, someone else will. Next comes the lettuce. She puts a thin, AND I MEANTHIN, layer of lettuce. In my head I’m all thinking, «please don’t make me ask you for more.» Guess what? I end up asking for more. She then puts another thin layer and by that time I’m thinking«screw this shit!» Next comes 3 and a half tomato slices and 6 pickles to top off my footlong sandwich. And there you have it!!! —A not so pleasing Subway Sandwich! Why I ended up paying for it, I have no clue. So I take it home, unwrap my ALLBREAD sandwich and try to eat it. Got about halfway and just lost it. I was yelling at my food! This is bs and I refuse to subject myself to ordering from there again. I mean maybe if I wasn’t ordering it myself and my wife came home with it, then I wouldn’t give a crap and eat it. But seeing how I wanted my food one way and having the employee make it another way just upset the hell out of me. My Subway sandwich looked like it got run over by a a real Subway train. Gahh! That’s whacked! They advertise to have unlimited toppings but I know they friggin’ minimize it per sandwich. A lot of the stores monitor that stuff a bit too much. I’ve even had it where the employee wanted to charge me extra for more pickles. What? You are already saving money on the toppings that I don’t put on my sandwich. I dont get olives, onions, peppers and all that other crap on it and you want to charge me for a few more pickles!!! Screw that! Subway used to be a good place but not anymore. I’d prefer going somewhere else where they focus more on making a sandwich look more like a sandwich. Pass this one by.
