Im giving it five stars because everything was fresh and delicious and that’s all I really want in food. Each dish had its own flavors, nothing that over powered the fresh tasting ingredients. I got the orange chicken which was delish, along with mushroom chicken with brown rice and mixed veggies. All of it was so good on its own, no sauce required to give it flavor. Very fresh tasting and satisfying. The chicken pieces in both dishes was moist and tender and tasted like they just cut it up in back, which they probably did. I really liked how well they cook the veggies in everything. Crisp and fresh! I hate mushy vegetables and I often avoid them at chinese food places but not here! I scarfed them down they were so good. Cabbage, green beans, zuccini, broccoli, mushrooms, simple ingredients but cooked to perfection! It makes a huge difference! The line out the door tells you its good, so the big turnover means nice fresh ingredients, nothing tastes like it has been sitting around. I appreciate that they have healthier brown rice too, which I got. The spring rolls and cream cheese wontons were delightful, not greasy at all. I appreciate how well they packed the«to go» meal. No mistakes, no leaks, everything was just right! Thanks for a great meal, Panda! I’ll be back soon!

If there was a way to give ZERO stars I would. I am not one to ever complain or even say anything when I’m dissatisfied with customer service, but I had no choice here. Samantha was RUDE and LAZY. She even made my child feel uncomfortable the way she snapped at me with every question I asked! She definitely has zero customer service skills. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office which I have NEVER done before and I hope she gets punished. Again SAMANTHA was very HORRIBLE, RUDE, IMMATURE&LAZY! I can’t stress this enough… I will never return to this location.

Panda use to be a decent place many years ago but their food quality has gone down in my book over the years. I expect a fairly heavy take out box when I order a 2 item combo, but their noodles are so light and airy there is almost nothing there. Not what I would call a decent meal. Portion size for the 2 item combo was small as well. They try to overload you with noodles and rice, but it still is not enough to call it a decent meal. IMO, go to Temecula and try Mr. You Express if you want to have a standard in which to gauge decent Chinese food to. I get filled up and still have enough for a second meal. Panda is not it! The people working at Panda are very nice and friendly, but the food needs to be the reason why I am going there, not because I like the staff.

Manager is rude and unhelpful. We have ordered online 3 times. 2 out of 3 times our order was lost or changed. When I asked for money to be refunded for food I didn’t order I was told to take it up with the corporate office. Poor example of customer service. We won’t be going there again. I live 5 mins but will ordering from another panda express if needed.

Food is great, some of the girls and older Hispanic ladies are RUDE as hell and U can tell they aren’t getting along and they talk down to other coworkers in front of customers. Or when one of them tells me my total and I didn’t hear, she goes«$ 10.86 it says right there, can’t u see» …I talked to one of the taller girls that’s there and rosa I believe her name is and they were very helpful about my complaint. The only reason I have a 4 star is because of how uncomfortable some of the staff makes u feel

I love Panda Express, my husband thinks you can get more value for your money elsewhere. I agree, except that I love Panda food, especially the orange chicken, mushroom chicken and string bean chicken. So, we come here once in a while. We almost always order Panda Bowls, which consist of one entrée on top of a bed of rice or noodles. There is usually plenty of rice and noodles and less so of the entrée. They are almost always busy, but just down the walk is a lovely patio to sit and eat on if the restaurant doesn’t have room. Our food has always been fresh, not as though it has been sitting too long. Our servers are always very sweet and welcoming.

The portions here are sooo small but I’m okay with that but other might not be. I love kung pow chicken and in this entrée one of the best ingredients are peanuts but there is never any in my plate. I wonder if they got rid of them because of customers having allergies? If so then that’s fine with me. The food is good. My favorite part is they don’t over cook the vegetables! The customer service here is good sometimes. It gets«wrap around the resturant» packed here at times. And parking lot is always full so if your lucky you could get a spot up front but other than that be prepared to walk.

Stars are for the employees that are very nice and for the food that is good for fast food! Every time we have come to this panda, we are given tons of rice or noodles and less than normal portions for the entrees. At first we didn’t care that much, but have started seeing a new trend. They put rice underneath the entrée too make it appear as if you’ve gotten a good amount, but once you dig in, you start seeing what they did… That’s crazy! I know they are next door to Chipotle who are known to give skimpy portions and charge as if they are going overboard! Perhaps Panda is following suit… People are dumb enough to pay for what they don’t get, so why not charge and skimp right?!! I’m done with this Panda… I rather pay a lil more at an authentic Chinese restaurant and get what I pay for…

I will say, the girls were very nice. Food not so great, but hey we were hungry and it was close to our destination. The brown rice was very bland. Suggest they try adding some ginger to it for flavor, and little salt wouldn’t hurt either.

Very busy all the time and music is horrid but the girls working there with pretty make up are super sweet and happy. The food turns over quite fast so no soggy crap sitting there a long time.

Hmmm. After reading all the negative reviews I’m glad I haven’t experienced any. I’m closer to the location on Winchester but prefer to come here. Girls here are SUPER friendly, especially Dayanara?(Sorry for misspell) Anyways, she ALWAYS makes sure everything is fresh. «Can you wait 5 minutes, he’s cooking a new batch?» That’s what I call quality, cook to order food & awesome customer service!

Menifee Panda Express is one of the better ones I’ve been to so far: employees are attentive and not lazy, food is tasty, and inexpensive if you keep it chicken. This Panda I will visit again!

If this place were any more skimpy I would have been paying for air. Do yourself a favor and drive over the bridge to get your money’s worth.

Seriously disgusting. This is about employee Mabel… I was just in there for lunch with my mom… Besides that the customer service was bad, my mom wanted a medium tea and they had run out at the drink bar… She asked to exchange for a small drink and refund the difference. She was told to wait 7 minutes for the tea to brew in a very condescending voice. Didnt have time to wait as I was on lunch break. Then, while I’m at the drink bar getting my drink the girl comes over, gets the tea bag and filter from below… Opens the packet with her mouth, sticks her finger in the tea prep packet to get the product out after handling money … Talk about health department and food handling card violations. We then brought this to the managers intention and nothing was done. Not only were the rude, dirty and disgusting but literally shrugged it all off… Needless to say they didnt know I would be writing this and calling corporate… Don’t be gross

First off, even though it was a busy day, everybody was friendly, nice, and professional. Food wise, the orange chicken with bacon was too spicy for me. I couldn’t take the heat. However I loved their Shanghai angus steak. It was yummy but they charge around 1.39 $ more for it. I also think that their mixed veggies are nicely steam to the perfect crunch. Lastly, as always I love their chow mein. I like the type of noodles they use: thin.

This Panda is not special or anything… It’s just like any other Panda Express. The entrees are ok, and the sides(rice and chow mein) are bland. Panda is never my first choice for Chinese food. I usually only go there if someone else wants to go. In this case, my daughter wanted to have dinner here. The staff was friendly. My daughter ordered the bowl w/half and half fried rice and chow mein w/bacon orange chicken. I had the bowl w/half and half, and w/the honey walnut shrimp. My food met my expectations of being«just ok». The sad part was that w/o me saying anything my daughter made a comment about how the«rice and noodles don’t taste like anything.» I give this place 3 stars for the friendliness of staff, and for cleanliness.

For some reason, I have always hated brown rice. I don’t know if it’s the way it tastes? Or the way it’s cooked? But I’ve ALWAYS hated it. UNTILNOW… The brown rice at Panda Express is delicious! Before, I used to always be too full to eat the rest of the white fried rice. But with the brown rice, I would literally eat the whole plate. Idk what it is, but I just LOVE the brown rice!

Welp, if you’re expecting super authentic and fresh Chinese food … this simply is not the place for you. However, it is the place for fast and semi-delicious faux and fast Chinese food. It’s your typical Panda. How can you really go wrong? The servers are always insanely nice, and this location has a good $ 2.50 or $ 2.99 meal deal where you can add any size drink and appetizer, and call it a day. If you’ve never been to Panda in your life, then I recommend the Shanghai Angus Steak($ 1.00 extra) and the orange chicken. I usually get the chow mein, but now that they have both types of fried rice(white and brown), I might be mixing it up. Keep your receipts and take the survey. An extra serving of orange chicken for free never hurt anyone. Holler. ;)
