Domino’s Pizza

Horrible customer service. My bf usually orders the pizza and NOT once has it came with the awful garlic spread on the crust. I called once and asked why is was so spicy. The girl that answered acted as if she didnt know. Then I explained that it has something weird on the top of the crust, She then said its a garlic sauce they put on their crust nopw. I told her I have never gotten it like this before. She said «well if u dont want it u need to ask for regular crust », Then hung up. I called back a second time after trying to eat a piece and told the guy that it is way too spicy for me to eat it, I asked if I can bring it back and they make me a regular one. he said thats how they always make it and was rude and didnt help me at all, I told him thats fine I will call someone above them, tellthem that I cant eat it and its a waste of money. Im not sure who to call but they have NO customer service skills. I am very dissatified. Pizza is GROSS

Never had a problem with dominos delivering my pizza on time ! I’ve always loved their survive and always order from here.

Disgusting. Never gets order right. When you order something with extra and pay extra they give you less or almost nothing. Never again will I order here. Order a pasta dish and it comes with no sauce just cheese.

I have little to say unless it really gets to me. I just called this dominos and from the beginning the man who answered was so damn rude it isn’t even funny. Just «yea. What do you want.» And «is that it» like are you serious. I’m a young kid myself but know how to give at least decent customer service. The food is usually good but the service has officially pushed me away.

Never have problems with delivery or takeout. Love their pan pizzas, it’s actually what brought me back to ordering from them. Everyone is nice on the phone as well as their delivery people.

Well, I believe in saying something positive. The pizza got here fast! But they hung up
on my wife three times (granted it’s Monday night football and the Chargers are playing). What bothers me is she got someone to answer, told them she was upset being hung up on, and asked to speak to a manager. They gave her a coupon to simmer her down, but they still got the order wrong. I get it ok? Monday night football, local team is playing, it’s busy. But when someone hangs in there, gets through, stays the course and then gets the wrong pizza? Looking for someone to spend our money on that wants our loyalty.

I used to order from this place all the time n the delivery has never been so terrible until tonight. I ordered my pizza a little before 7:30 pm and it’s now almost 9 pm. We were estimated 25 minute wait time, as we always are. We live less than ten min away. Our delivery guy was really nice and so was the girl who took our ph order. I have to say, Definitely poor management. Talked to someone, he called himself the manager and he was extremely rude and nonchalant about the late delivery. I told him it makes me never want to order from them again and he said that was fine. Hmmm… Not even going to wave the delivery fee? Bad bad customer service. I work in customer service, so I was still very cordial to him on the phone and I still tipped our delivery man, because it showed my children good manners even though we were all starving. As far as ordering from them again… It will never happen. Customer service is extremely important to me, that’s all.

Awful. Out of the in the last year to now, they always mess up my order. I wont get pizza here ever again nor should you.

Horrible customer service! Ordered over the phone and bill came to 42.04 for six items at 5.99 each. Right price, then the kicker. Only five items were delivered. Called and spoke to the guy in charge and his only response «I can only do what the computer tells me»!! WTH! I asked him to break the price down, wouldn’t do it. Just kept repeating it only said you paid for 5 items not 6. When I questioned him about the overage he said «I can’t explain it.» Really poor customer service and will never order from there again. Let’s see what kind of response I get
from the manager and corporate.

Can you put no stars, I have had pizza from here and if you are constipated, this is the place for you, it will clean you out from both ends, I have never been so sick in my life, my wife too, complained to corporate and they could care less, STAY AWAY

This location, overall, has definitely improved over the years (probably due to my numerous complaints). Aside from some occasional snafus (which one will experience with any business), my orders are accurately prepared, delivered timely and the delivery people are pretty decent.
When there are issues, management addresses them immediately and often gives a credit associated with my phone number for a future order.
Ordering online or via a cell phone app is very very nifty because one can tweak their order to have it made exactly how they want it (e.g., no sauce, normal sauce, light sauce) or even which flavour of sauce they want. This is one of my favourite things that keeps bringing me back because I am fussy with certain food items (like I want to go light on the onions and other gassy foods).
Wish they had a whole grain crust, though!

Absolutely terrible service. Had to wait for my pizza over 2 hours. Driver arrived and offered nothing in retyrn for my long wait and cold pizza. I was very disappointed.

I have ordered several times, this was one of the better experiences I have had here. The only reason I am giving it a good review is because if the effort in rectifying the problem, otherwise it was a pretty horrible experience. Again this was the best I have experienced so far.
I ordered online, was tracking my order on the tracker which had it listed as an estimated 15 minutes, when I arrived at the store my order was not only not ready but it was also not even started on. Understanding that sometimes things like this happen, I gave my order to him, which would be another 15 minutes. 15 minutes later I returned to pick up my order. To my surprise the employee (I wish I got his name) informed me that they burnt the pizza. In the past when they mess up the order thru usually don’t have the decency to tell you. He did, and asked me if I wanted to have it
Remade. I told him no, that I’ll just pay for the other part of my order and swing by another pizzeria.
He proved good customer service and gave me the rest if he meal for free. Now here is what is funny, the other part of my order was wings with extra sauce. They came out practically without any sauce on them.
I would certainly say it was a two star experience, only because the employee was pretty cool, their food was horrendous (obviously because it was burnt, and also not even cut)
I may give it one more try, but I certainly doubts it.

My last 3 delivery orders from this place have taken an hour +. 3 strikes you’re out. Never again. One driver also forgot $ 2 worth of sauce without offering to go back and get it OR take it off of our total.

The guy taking the order is a newer guy. Didn’t have all the answers but he was very polite and did the work to make sure my order was right… He also took the time to find my hotels address for me. Delivery lady was very nice. Food got here in the time they said and was very hot. I think everyone can have a bad day here and there but they seem to have it together now. Great pizza and wings. Thank you.

We ordered three medium pizzas through the website. The pizzas did not take too ling to finish and the service was average. There was not anything that made this place stand out from anywhere else. It’s a Dominos pizza so I guess I don’t expect a lot. If your looking for average pizza then this is your place.

I’ve been there twice and left pissed both times.
The first time the bill came to $ 17.76 so I asked around for a penny to get a quarter change and not pennies. The counter person said no problem and took my paper money. He gave me two dimes and four pennies. Couldn’t spare a penny eh?
The second time told me he could have given the penny. The bill was $ 12.91 so I gave him a $ 20 with 96¢ and, after a while, he gave me $ 7 and change. I told him I gave him 96¢ and gave him back what he gave me and insisted on $ 8.05. All he could say was «I made a mistake»
I not only will never visit this location again I’m switching to Pizza Hut. Oh, and all the negative reviews here tell me I’m in good company. And what’s worse is they’re working while I’ve been unemployed since 2008.

The worst, I placed an order at 6:03pm, sandwich, plain wings and bread sticks. Order arrives 55 minutes later, received sanwich with all the wrong things on it and hot wings instead of plain. Call and speak to the manager who assures me they will fix it and bring it right back, one hour seventeen minutes later I call again, get nothing but excuses and told it will be there within 15 more minutes, great, I go to walk my dogs, come back and yes my sandwich has arrived but it is cold and the driver locked his keys in his car with it running. I gave him tools to open his car and after about 10 minutes he finally leaves, feel sorry for all the other folks waiting for their orders. This place is the worst and will never order from there again!!! No customer service just excuses, absolutely the worst!!!

This place has the worst customer service!
The last two times it has gotten so bad that we won’t order from there again. We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza which they said would be ready within 20 minutes. When we showed 25 minutes later, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes for our food (because they ran out of mushrooms). It turns out the owner was working behind the counter, saw us waiting and never apologized for the delay.
