«Hot and wait 20 minutes»… Every freaking time, regardless what time of day, in my experience at this location. Pizza is the usual Little Caesars… Decent as long as they don’t skimp on the cheese or let all the bubbles in the dough blow up and push whatever cheese is actually in there to the center or off the edges. Don’t know if it’s just this location, or all now, but they don’t have red peppers anymore(or parm cheese of course)…blasphemy for a pizza place lol.

Seriously you guys… freakin hurry it up with hot n readys. Super unprofessional and ridiculous. Waited over an hour for 1 hot n ready while you guys said it would only take 25 minutes… then you hand some out to people who got there after me… really? Get it together.

I went here after work and ordered the Hot n Ready deep dish with pepperoni and wing. I did not pay attention since it took so long to be ready and when I got home a half hour later I opened the pizza to find a regular cheese pizza and the wings had a different sauce than ordered. I was going to go back since I don’t like cheese pizza but that would have taken another hour and I was hungry and tired so I ate it but was not satisfied.

The franchise owner needs to know this place is the joke of the town. Everyone says«Hot and not ready». I have been there(and left without a pizza at least 10 times). They might as well throw the 2 pizza heaters away because they are always empty. Over 10 employees working but no pizzas. What are they doing back there? The positive reviews must be false, entered by family and friends. If the franchise owner is interested in their poorly run business please reply. No reply means the above is what everybody thinks. if you are inept to what is going on you are losing 1000’s a day. I hope you read this. Please reply and we can discuss the things I see going on. We always stop there when in a hurry and then on to Dominos

So I walk in and order a large pepperoni and cheese bread. They said a 5 minute wait on cheese bread. I said ok. So I sat there waiting… Then a herd of people came walking in and sold out of cheese and pepperoni pizza.. My cheese bread came up. Then they told me I had wait on the pepperoni. 10 minutes.. Bull crap. Not Happy.

Went there Wednesday afternoon all of the crew was in the back some of them were talking to each other wait there in front of the cashier register for 2 – 3 mins. before they take my orders I order 1 pepperoni, 1 supreme, 1 buffalo wings it took about 10mins or more. Went home open the supreme pizza the cut of the pizza is really worst the size is not even its like a child cut it. Pepperoni pizza was a disaster it’s like a puzzle game came out 8 pieces but really f**k up I would post a picture you guys be the judge if you want your food to be played by this kind of people won’t go back to this place

First off, Little Caesers is Little Caesars; it is what it is. Walked in with a smile and left not too pleased. I’ve been to this same place more than once and it’s always the same. The girl at the front counter was a bit rude and definitely had an attitude. I had to wait a few minutes while she was talking to her fellow coworkers also. Their pizza is whatever, they usually taste the same at all little Caesars but I was just blown away at the how sh***y the customer service is every time I go in there; More than likely won’t come back due to this last visit there.

Never ready. X 5 times now. I do not know how hard it can be to have it ready. And where the hell is the cheese.. It’s cheese and pep. It ain’t rocket science to make.. Wow.

Just stopped by here on the way home from work to pick up dinner for the wifey. Asked how long the wait would be on two pizza’s before ordering. I was quoted 20 minutes and that they were already in the oven(this fact is important because if the pizzas weren’t in the oven I would have changed one to a light sauce pizza for the wife, her preference if it won’t add time). I ended up getting my pizza in 35 minutes along with a sarcastic«sorry for the wait.» The following occurred while waiting for my pizza: — The guy in front of me in line felt shorted mushrooms on his pizza. — The woman came in to order, was quoted a wait of 30 minutes for pizza, then the clerk revised her estimate down to 10 minutes(sensing a loss in sale), the woman decided against her order and left. This is the second time this has occurred, for two simple hot and ready pizzas the waits have been no less than a half hour. The customer service here sucks, and is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I intend to never return and would advise those seeking pizza to look elsewhere.

On my cheat days(usually Friday evening) after a long week, sometimes I grab the hot and ready pizzas from here to have with my wine and call it a day. I get the pepperoni and it’s been great every time, not bad for $ 5. The bread sticks are pretty good too.

Half the time it’s never«hot and ready» I had a 20 minute wait for crazy bread ONLY the other day. I don’t eat their pizza; its in my opinion horrible. But I do like the crazy Bread which is hit or miss at this location. Also the Italian cheese bread is good; but this location also hit or miss. I feel like the high school kids working here don’t really care; they show up for their pay check and do a half ass job.

Ummm… pizza is burnt and a fly flew out of the box when I opened it. I think the manager on duty needs to check up on their afternoon staff.

The best little Cesar’s I’ve been to, the pizzas fresh and the customer service is nice!

Been here like 6 – 7 times. Not once have they had a «Hot N Ready» actually been ready. Usually at least a 5 – 10 min wait. Pizza is mediocre, but cheap and fast“ish”.

They don’t always have cheese pizza ready I just went on a good day. I call in my pizza ahead of time nothing special just cheese they say it takes 15 minutes but every time I go to get my pizza I have to wait an additional 10 minutes!!! Yup I’m sure that they give away pre ordered pizzas… I could see if I was late but I’m always on time and still have to wait 10 minutes. Also the customer service is awful now, don’t know what happened. They don’t keep track of who was next to order, so I’ve seen people overtake other customers that have been there waiting for awhile, this almost happened to me but I didn’t have that. Just be safe when you come here.

I ordered an extra cheese pizza and got home to find a pepperoni pizza. When we called they didn’t said, «Well she said you ordered pepperoni.» Obviously we wouldn’t say pepperoni because we’re vegetarians AND it clearly says cheese and a charge of extra cheese on our receipt. We went back to get the right pizza, and when we got home again the pizza was undercooked and fell apart. We brought it back and they tried to excuse it being gooey because they soak the dough in butter overnight. The guy working was very rude to us, and for that we’re never going back there again.

The people are nice here and they usually have the HOT-N-READYS pretty HOT-N-AVAILABLE. If you eat at Little Caesars, chances are you are all about that quantity over quality mentality and are accustomed to establishments like Hometown Buffet. For this reason alone, if you complain about a $ 5 pizza, it had better have a shoe in it. Anyway, I discovered the pretzel crust pizza the other day for $ 6 and you should do yourself a favor if you hate your arteries and immediately shove this in your face orifice.

Best and cleanest Little Caesars Pizza I’ve been to. The hot and ready pizzas are always fresh unlike some other Caesars locations. Great pizza at an amazing price.
