Pizza Factory

We love this place especially during football season. The buffet is awesome as they offer different pizzas. Today was a little disappointing. My husband, daughter and I walked in. The girl at the counter made eye contact with us but didn’t greet us and continued to talk with a coworker. After standing there for a bit she turned to us and asked us if we were ready. I tried to order out of the «awesome deals» they had pictured right in the front menu. The sign stated an «awesome deal» which includes 4 drinks and bread sticks, with a large supreme was $ 28.99. She gave a look that told me she had no idea what I was talking about. She told me an «awesome deal» was a large pizza with one topping. I repeated to her that I wanted a supreme pizza. She said for «extra» toppings it would $ 36.99. The menu clearly stated, vegetarian pizza $ 28.99. Supreme $ 28.99. 1 topping pizza $ 26.99. All I wanted was the «awesome deal» they have pictured on their huge menu when you walked in. She didn’t bother to come around the counter to see what I was looking at. Instead, she asked a coworker who like her, had NO idea what I was talking about. I wish I can upload the picture menu here because it would be easier to understand. Anyways, I ended up ordering a pizza with two toppings. I just wish the service would have been better. If we come back, it will be a Sunday during football season. You can’t really mess up a «buffet» order.

Customer service is always horrible, but we continue to eat here because we love the food.

It really pains me to write this review as I’ve been eating at Pizza Factory and loving it since the 90s, but our experience was so ridiculous tonight I have to share. My family and I walked in to the restaurant a little before 5:30 on a Sunday and although the kitchen appeared to be fully staffed (6 people that I could see) no one greeted us at the counter and we just stood there awkwardly for at least 5 mins until someone finally came to the counter. We ordered a pizza and an order of spaghetti to eat in and drinks. There was a grease spot on the floor in front of the drink machine that both my son and elderly father slipped on. My dad let a staff member know and no one came to clean it the hour or so while we were in the restaurant. Seems trivial but the drink machine had no syrup in it so we had to dump our drinks and have water. When the pizza came out the spaghetti did not. We had to ask two different times for the spaghetti which took over 30 mins and came long after the rest of us had finished our pizza. There were only 3 other families in the restaurant at the time, 2 of which already had their food. No idea why the service was so terrible tonight, it was slow enough to take an order and serve it with ease. The food however was delicious as always but I’ll stick to take out from now on, I’ll never dine in again.

Came in for the buffet since we had this pizza at home one day. Better to order and take home, was so much better that way. Though it’s only $ 6.99 and $ 3.99 for 5yrs old and younger. Inside is pretty dark, noise is moderate, many tv’s going on. Might give buffet another shot later…

Always great food. Everything from the salad bar to the service was great tonight. Even saw the staff deal with a drunk couple very professionally. Been here several times for team parties and never disappointed. Thanks great job!

Some of the best pizza I’ve had. The service was beyond great and super friendly!

Used to order from them quite a bit, we moved and now they won’t deliver to our area even though we are closer to them now. Two people came on the phone and both were rude and then said its a new policy. Never again will I order from here, there is to many choices in this area to deal with rude workers.

When I walk into a restaurant, and the first person that greats me is with an awkward stare and no hi, hello, or how can I help you… I will happily leave to find a place that is happy to see a customer walk into an empty restaurant. I would rather drive down the road just a little ways further to get the service I am happy with.

We ate here for the first time and received HORRIBLE service. We received our pizza with no plates. When we asked for plates we received a grumble from the server and then he threw the plates on the table. The eating area was almost empty so there was no reason for this kind of service. In addition, we ordered garlic bread before the pizza and two loafs were brought to our table in the same manner. The bread was uncut, no plates and no utensils to cut the loafs ourselves. The food was mediocre and nothing to brag about. Bottom line, go somewhere else where you are treated as a valued paying customer. I would give them 0 stars if I could. There is no excuse for such rude service in a nearly empty restaurant I will not be returning. I will be returning to Stadium Pizza where the food and service are fabulous.

We received a coupon in the mail since I finally did a change of address. It was a «welcome to the neighborhood, here’s a free pizza coupon» it was for a med one topping pizza. I called in the order for pickup and we added an extra topping and a large antipasto salad. I was told that in fifteen minutes it would be ready. I thought this was pretty good for a Monday at 8PM.
The girl was nice and I informed her of the coupon upon placing our order. (They have a website with menu and pricing so we were able to look at everything they offer… hence, ordering the salad). The parking lot is decent and easily accessible… honestly never knew this place was here! It was sorta busy and they have a large open dining area with big tv’s. The opposite side of the building has arcade games. They have beers on tap etc. Seems like a good place to catch a game or take all the little leaguers here after their own game. I paid and left. It came to a whopping nine bucks with the coupon.
I get home, the pizza was hot and the antipasto salad fresh. The salad was good, could use more than two pepperoncinis. I also wish the salad meats and cheeses were not all chopped together and layered like they were a sandwich of meats of cheeses at the same time… but that’s me, I’m picky and I only like certain meats and cheeses, not all of them and not together. Oh well, it’s only $ 7.50 and still good. The pizza we ordered was artichoke and jalapeño…I honestly am not a huge fan of pizza because its always to greasy and nasty. This pizza was perfect for me! My boyfriend tends to love the really greasy pizza so while the flavor was good, he wanted more artery clogging stuff going on. Like I said, it was really good though, good crust, dough, sauce and ample toppings. He still really liked the pizza though and said it had great flavor. I also love how they put the liner in the bottom of the togo pizza box to absorb and catch any excess grease :)
Upon reading their Unilocal page and reviews I guess they have a buffet… I’m not a buffet fan so I doubt I’d try that, but I would do a salad or pizza here again. My better half wants to try their calzones too.
Their menu prices for pizza aren’t exactly cheap so I’m happy it was free, the pizza isn’t badly priced but once you start adding more than two toppings you are at 20 bucks for a medium…
P.S…their ranch is literally a manufactured packet from somewhere so steer clear. However, their housemade Greek dressing is above excellent!!! They need to bottle that stuff and sell it! It has chunks of cheese in it and its light yet so flavorful, definitely ask/​order a side of this even if you don’t order a salad. It’s awesome with the pizza and crust :)

I recall why I am not a fan of Pizza Factory. While I give my review, please be aware that the service and delivery we received were top notch, no complaints about that, this review is merely for the pizza itself.
We ordered the Greek pizza and an order of the Pepperoni French Bread. We jumped at the greek pizza because all the toppings sounded so good! I was super disappointed when I took a bite and it was incredibly bland, how, I have no idea but it was lacking taste in major ways.
The french bread pizza was pretty boring too, I think the culprit is the sauce. I didn’t taste much seasoning on the pizza or the french bread. I don’t think we will order again anytime soon.

2 thumbs up, great pies! Have been eating at this place since I was a kid, love it! Make sure you try their twisted bread sticks !

Tastiest pizza in menifee! Had my son’s birthday party here last year, and the employees were really friendly and helpful.

We came in for a promotion celebration with a group of about 10. We all had the lunch buffet, great value, had an online coupon for a dollar off each paid buffet.
We came in early, right at opening, pizza is always great., salad, bread stick crumbles, pasta and soup. Paid for a party of 5 with drinks. Right round $ 34. Not bad.
As lunch went by, the staff did a great job of replenishing the buffet. My only suggestion is someone needs to keep the buffet clean. It needs attention always. Love this place, great pizza. Would of given a 4 star if it was not for the sloppy buffet area later in the day.

The place is great for friend & family. Good for big party’s! They have plenty of TV’s all around and the place has great food. I love the bake wings with ranch sauce and the garlic bread stick are amazing. The beers is nice and cold and the service is great as well

We will not be returning.
We ordered and paid for a large pizza. It was baked as a size medium. They placed the medium pizza on a large pizza pan and served it to us. As if we wouldn’t notice! IDIOTS!!!
The service another issue. We got dirty looks and eye rolls when we asked them to fix the ticket machine in the game room that was broken. And more dirty looks and sighs when we asked to buy the toys from the little trinket shop.
The owners, management, and employees should all be embarrassed and ashamed of what a pile this place is!
