I am so sorry to have to give this review, but my family and I were highly disappointed when we ordered delivery this past Sunday. We ordered a large Greek, a small Hawaiian, an eggplant roll, a small pasta salad, a dozen wings and a 2 liter. This came out to be $ 63.25. First of all, nothing was hot. All of the food tasted like it had been sitting under the warmer for some time. We do not live that far from the location at all but maybe he had other deliveries. The hot wings were huge, cold and tasteless. The breading was falling off and we ended up throwing it all away. The pasta salad, with 4 pieces of pasta, was tiny for the hefty price. The Kid normally loves Hawaiian pizza but complained about how cold and lacking of flavor it was. The eggplant roll was tasty but some of the dough appeared/tasted like it was not fully cooked. The entire meal was highly dissatisfying. It could have been this experience was off as I have had flavorful, hot food from them but it has made us want to try other local spots instead of going back here.

Pizza: Tried large, New York thin-crust Veggie, The Works and Margarita pies. Their large is more like extra-large, which is great, because their pies are on the expensive side, $ 74. They were ‘okay’, nothing I would order again. Was kinda disappointed. Antipasto & Caesar Salads: Both are huge servings, can feed 2 to 3 peeps. They make their own dressings and both are the bomb. Note: Ask for the Caesar Salad dressing on the side instead of their mixing it for you. Last time I got it, it was soup-salad and way too salty. Garlic Knots with Marinara Sauce: Off the charts and a big favorite at work. Which isn’t a good thing, we’re massage therapists! Pasta: Have tried Spaghetti with Marinara, Meat Sauce and Meatballs, again serving is huge. Flavorful sauces and garlic-city folks. Meatballs were okay, preferred the other two. Tiramisu: Too many co-workers telling me how good it is, so had to try it. Was initially turned-off by the plastic container(so fast-food oriented), but it was really good. So, conclusion for me, is take a pass on their pizzas. Everything else I’ve tried was pretty good.

One of my Husband’s favorite pizza places to order from. He loves that New York style pizza and this place is one of the few that make it properly. I enjoy there pre-made salads, minus the onions. Their cannoli’s can be better made, maybe fried when ordered would do it. But after having authentic cannoli’s you can’t compare.

This place is horrible. The food tastes good but that’s about it. Their service is slower than any place I’ve ever been to, their employees are the most incompetent I’ve ever seen and the customer service SUCKS! I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve waited INTHESTORE over half hour for my food. I could literally hear the employees arguing about why part of my order wasn’t ready with the rest of it. And not once did anyone come over and let me know that they were waiting on one more thing, or apologized for the wait, NOTHING. Plus their prices are ridiculously high. I will not come back here!

Well they have yummy pizza but it is pricey. Ordered a lrg and an order of garlic twists. With delivery tip it was 41 $. Asked for ranch which my hubby likes with his pizza. Reminded the driver. He assured me it was in the bag. It Wasn’t! Called the manager and he admitted it was a problem offered me a lousy FIVE dollar credit. Ok if your pizza is $ 12 them $ 5 is fine but on. a $ 30 one give me a break. Sat and ate my super expensive pizza without the ranch. Owner was suppose to call me. He didn’t. Not happy Upper Crust. That’s not the way to keep customers coming back. Told the nanager i was gonna post this on Unilocal

This was my first visit. I was highly recommended by a friend that goes to the Irvine location quite often. I called in a phone order around 5:03pm. I was told that it would be 20 minutes. I arrived at the location at 5:35. Waited about 5 minutes to pay. Was told it would be a few more minutes. Sat and waited at the bar and watched tv. At 6:03 I asked for someone to please check on my order. The guy I asked packaged everything up and had it to me in about 5 minutes. I ordered a small olive and mushroom NY thin crust pizza, eggplant roll, and a large garden salad. Was about $ 26. There was plenty of staff, I just assume my order was over looked. I was a bit frustrated that 3 people behind the counter saw me sitting at the bar waiting and never asked anything. Just smiled and walked by. ***Observation while waiting for my food… I noticed the guy making sandwiches was wearing gloves. The girl at the cash register was having difficulty entering in something, he came over and pressed the touch screen a few times and went back to making the sandwich. Yeah… gross.*** Even though my pizza was cold by the time I got back home, 15 minutes away, it was tasty. Plenty of cheese, toppings and sauce. The eggplant roll was tasty. Eggplant was soft and flavorful. Bread was soft and tasty. Plenty of cheese inside of it. The tomato sauce that they serve with it is not thick like most sauces I am used it. It was almost like a soup. But it was very good poured over the roll. The garden salad was large and crisp. Very fresh tasting. Garden salad has nice dark green lettuce, olives, tomato, cucumber, a couple onions, and served with your choice of dressings. It came with more than enough dressing. I used the extra to dip my pizza in. There was pizza there that you can buy by the slice. It looked like it had been sitting for a while. The cheese had that cold solid pizza look. But so did the one that I bought and it still tasted good. Will I go back? Probably not. There are cheaper places with better customer service.

This place has great pizza, I think I owe them multiple five star ratings for different times I’ve eaten here. Their pizza is amazing!

Love this pizza place. You can buy by the slice and the food comes out fast. I usually get a cheese pizza slice and some of their garlic knots. It can be kind of greasy/oily but that doesn’t bother me. Also I’m not docking a star but their tables are wobbly and it can get kind of annoying but I’m here to rate the food. And their food is super good!

Disgusted regarding the pizza they serve and employee hygiene and sanitation. EDIT: After reading reviews it seems like many people have gotten food poisoning here and there are pictures of cockroaches from former employees? First off the pizza we got was by the slice, it wasn’t fresh at all and clearly under a heat lamp for ages to were the cheese no longer had a shine and was just dull and solidified. She did reheat them but it didn’t taste as good as fresh. Surprised they serve it. Secondly after eating my pizza I went and purchased a fountain drink. The younger girl takes off her gloves and throws it into the overflowing trash can once she saw me at the register. Ok. Next In front of me she uses her bare hands and pushes the trash down to compact it because it was overflowing. Then grabs my fountain drink cup and the water cup by the lip and hands it to me. Just disgusted with the fact she so blatantly did that in my face without even noticing anything wrong, later we see her wiping her sweaty face while we’re eating several times.

Amazing! We were a bit skeptical in trying this place out but I’m so glad we did. We needed something to eat before heading back to Vegas and we came across Upper Cuts Pizza. This is the closest, if not, just like it, to actual New York pizza. The customer service as well was quick and absolutely great! Definitely bookmarked this place for the next time we take a trip to Cali to come here again! Make sure you try out their garlic knots with their marinara sauce, it’s phenomenal!

Staff were friendly Ordered the family meal that comes with a large cheese pizza, garlic knots and a 2 liter of soda. I lived in New York for 4 years so I understand the need for some good New York style pizza! The pizza here was pretty decent! Not the best NYC style I’ve had, but still good! You can order pizza made to order, or slices from the pre-made section. It was nice to see the familiar glass counter with various types of slices to choose from like they have in New York. I see that they also had some nice looking packaged salads too! I love when pizza spots have salad.

I just got back from a trip to NYC and Boston. We had canolis from a place called Mike’s in Boston and pizza at a fabulous NY pizzeria. I was craving the food so I went to this place and I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious. I had the pasta with marinara sauce and bread roll and took an order of canolis to go! Everything was served fresh. This place is an order at the register kind of place. The girl at the register was very helpful and friendly. You can order items by the slice or a full order. They also have pre packaged salads. I brought the canolis home and they were a score! We had been missing those east coast canolis! My only suggestion is to turn up the air condition because those pizza ovens keep the small dining area very warm. I went there on a hot day so I had to decide between hot and hotter.

We ordered pizza for delivery a couple of weeks ago, and when they got to our house they had gotten our order wrong, we were missing a pizza. Instead of sending just the missing pizza, they resent the whole order and threw in a bunch of cannolis on the house! I’m extremely impressed with the customer service and how management compensated us for their mistake. Everyone makes a mistake here and there, it’s how a business handles it that will determine whether or not you do business again with them. In this case I will definitely be back! P. S. The cannolis were Delish, and so was the pizza!
