VERY FRIENDLY employees and training them well. This has got to be 1 of the most drastic turnarounds in customer service we have seen. Plus no one allows mis-​use of the sampling (which is now kept very sanitary and appropriate). Your current staff is exceptional.

Excellent gelato! You may never look at ice cream the same way again. On top of that, they always give you very generous servings every time. Very nice and friendly people working there.

5 STARS! Yogurt is so yummy!
Decided to come here after Soccer and the kiddies loved it. Staff was friendly and kind. Tables were clean and topping bar was organized. They have a snow cone machine that I had to have! It was really expensive but so worth it! Overall perfect little place to treat the kiddies!

I was excited that there was a frozen yogurt shop in the area but the two stars are for the yogurt only, the customer service was fine. The yogurt was very icy and watered down, not like regular frozen yogurt kind of like a sorbet. won’t be coming back.

I am very disappointed in the service at Whimsical. they assume that anyone over 55 cant afford a cup of yogurt so they ask your age which is discriminatory. How about discounts for 18 – 25 years olds? For everyone maybe as this place is pricey!!!
How about getting into the 21st century?

I don’t know what I had but it wasn’t frozen yogurt. It was watered down and not creamy at all. Tasted like frozen ice basically. It actually looked pretty unappetizing as well. Disappointed to say the least. Two stars because my hub loved his and was great he said.

That painting on the wall is so obscene it’s terrible! Who made that decision?!? The best thing about this yogurt place is the location, there’s nothing else like it around. The employees are always very nice and friendly but not a fan of the flavors and THAT PAINTING NEEDS TO BE BURNED. it’s so gross.

They have Dole pineapple whip. This is vegan and for me that’s amazing!
My kids always go there and get the yogurt cup or a gelato depending on the flavors and what they’re in the mood for.
The topping selection is pretty good. The flavors are right on. They usually offer 2 dairy free options.
The gelato flavors are beautifully presented. They never hesitate to give you a sample.
They have a punch card. I’ve been so many times I’ve had free yogurt cups more than I can count.
I tell the kids to go easy on the toppings as the bill can run high if they go wild with the toppings.
This place is awesome. The service is always good too.

My husband and I really enjoy coming to this place. I almost always get a gelato, which is amazing and he usually gets self serve frozen yogurt. Like all self serve places the bowl they provide you with is HUGE so you need to watch yourself or you will have a very expensive yogurt! The frozen yogurt does tend to melt quickly. My boys LOVE the Dole pineapple frozen yogurt. They always request that for birthdays and other celebrations. The customer service is always outstanding.

Check out Ashley! She’s seriously the coolest, and best employee they have! She’s so friendly every time I go in, and always on top of her game!
The yogurt’s awesome, but what I really love is their sorbet! Check it out next time!

The reason it gets 3 stars is for the yogurt. Their yogurt was kind of runny, melts fairly quickly, and isn’t as creamy as I expected. The pineapple Dole whip was great — although it seemed more like a sorbet/​sherbet instead of yogurt. For better tasting yogurt with better texture and at a cheaper price, I’d recommend going to Yogurtland. That’s still the best froyo place IMO.
I think the only reason I’d come back again is for their gelato. SO good! I had the pistachio almond and I am looking forward to trying more. Their medium size doesn’t look that big from the outside, but it will get you full!
Overall, Whimsical is great for gelato. I would not recommend getting froyo here.

The staffs are always friendly, but whimsical is nothing special. I only come here when I am craving yogurt and I always get the really plain yogurt because I do not like any other flavors. They taste salty or too soda like and I don’t like soda. My little sister loves them though, so I’m guessing it was made for people who like sweet frozen yogurts. I’m just plain. Lol but overall this is the best stop for me when I want frozen yogurt. Its only 5 min away from my house anyways. Keep up the good work.

The staff is always friendly and the facility is always clean. The yogurt much like many other places is self serve. So fill your cup up to your hearts content.
They always have a nice variety of flavors as well as toppings. If your not into yogurt go for the gelato! Super intense flavors from birthday cake to banana to mascarpone and tirimisu! These gelato’s are delicious super dense with milk texture.
If you come here often enough they have their fun little rewards card that they stamp every time you make a purchase.
My go to yogurt is their original tart covered with fresh strawberries and mochi!
As for gelato’s I like to try a new one every time. I usually order half and half because I can never make up my mind!
This is a perfect location as you can come in for a sweet treat after shopping in the plaza, or after eating at one of the many surrounding restaurants.

I love Whimsical! Staff is very friendly, place is very clean, they have delicious froyo flavors, and lots of toppings to choose from. I haven’t tried the gelato yet, but that is next on my list!

Love, love, love this place. The frozen yogurt tastes amazing, the toppings are plentiful, and prices are what one would expect at a venue such as this. Whimsical also serves several delicious flavors of gelato — some are dairy-​free, which is another plus! The pistachio, salted caramel, and dark chocolate (???) are excellent choices.
This establishment has an efficient set-​up and is always clean when I visit. Occasionally, long lines cause a bit of a delay, and the employees aren’t the most friendly/​helpful, but they’ve never been rude or negligent in my presence.
I have no major complaints here… if you’re looking for something cold and refreshing, but different than Baskin Robbins, check this place out!
