They owe me at least 13 cookies and 7 Apple juice they always forget and as long as you be in that drive through line you would think your Fry’s would be hot and as many people you see working there you would think the line would be faster and why they never have lids for the ice cream

Double drive thru, which is super fast. Order screens so you see what they ring up as you order it. McFlurries. I am not a fast food regular but I do get occasional cravings for the McFlurry — Oreo to be precise. And they have the snack size option now so I can keep myself from going nuts. They always move quick and the staff is friendly. Haven’t had any issues to date! Overall: B+ Oreo McFlurry. That is all I have to say. ;)

Well everyone here pretty much said it. 25 minutes in the drive thru for 5 ice creams, maybe 4 cars ahead of us. Then when we got to the window the heavy tatted up chick says«happy meal?» My wife answered no 5 sundaes. Closed window, brought back sundaes, hand to wife, closed window .no sorry about the wait, here’s your order, have a nice day nothing. Get what you pay for. Shakes at in&out next time.

I don’t understand the low marks for this McDonald’s. We have always had great service and great food. Today my hubby went to get me a big breakfast for Mother’s Day, and breakfast for him and the kids. The service was great, the food was delicious, and they really put in all of the extras(lots of syrup, butter, jam, utensils). They also have the best Big Mac that I have had since back in the day. It tastes so good and reminds me of my childhood(have had some not so good Big Macs at other McDonald’s). Sometimes you have to be patient when they are very busy, and they do have the confusing two lane drive-thru, but they work hard and provide good service and food!

I stopped coming here because of the horrible service. I came today out of nothing more than necessity, and boy was that a mistake. Please tell me how at 7:15am you run out of hash browns??? Then I was told to go to the drive thru waiting area, where is is now 7:51am and I have yet to reciever my food. Are you kidding me!!! 14 minutes to cook a friggin hash brown!!! Worst McDonald’s in the area by far. Avoid at all costs!

Worst service I have ever had!!! Nobody in there seemed like they knew their job. Not to mention every time you want a shake or pie they are always out. Worst mistake Menifee has made

McDonald’s has never made me sad until today. No matter how many times I had to watch Super Size Me for whatever reason or how many times in college there was a discussion in class about how McDonald’s is unhealthy, I never lost my love for their cheeseburgers. Today, I ordered a Hot-N-Spicy McChicken and a cheeseburger while I was in the drive-thru. I ate my Hot-N-Spicy McChicken while heading to San Diego. I ate that first because it was at the top of the bag. While sitting in traffic I decided to eat my cheeseburger. When I put my hand into the bag to grab my cheeseburger, I had this sudden feeling of disappointment when I touched the wrapper. The item in my hand did not feel like my beloved cheeseburger. The bun was fluffier, the object was bigger. Not the thin, squished cheeseburger that I’ve learned to love inside and out. I took the item out, unwrapped it, and it was a regular ass McChicken. A REGULARMCCHICKEN. Who eats that when there’s Hot-N-Spicy McChickens? I mean I still ate it but it was not the same. It made me a sad girl. I trusted you! And for the first time in my life, you let me down, McDonald’s, and broke my heart :’(

Worst drive thru ever. People back out due to the long time it takes to move thru. Orders are incorrect 56% of the time, today is cash only. Whoever owns and manages this restaurant should be in another line I’d work. There are a few great employees but for the most part, this place should be reviewed by corporate for improper management. Oh, I still have the same 4 cars ahead of me for part 12 minutes and I’m landlocked in line.

McDonald’s you are greedy! You charge your customers 25 cents for extra ranch dressing. Guess what… I think I will take my business to Jack N the Box & Carl’s Jr. They DON’T CHARGEYOUEXTRAFORSAUCES!!!

I bit into a food label mixed in with my chicken wrap(see photos). This is nice because this tag that I was chewing on told me that apparently the ingredients did not expire until the next day. Must be fresh. «I’m lovin it.»

I literally made a Unilocal Account just to talk negatively on this specific mcdonalds, I’m going to set it straight for all the previous comments. I have friends that work their so let me be real, @Steve R. | The reason why your food was not properly presented was because this Mcdonalds preps their food in advance* So they will pre-roll pre-make everything, fries, hashbrowns, pies, sausage mc muffins, sausage burritos. So when your thinking why did my food come as warm/cold, soggy, it’s because it’s not fresh! This Mcdonald’s doesn’t make fresh food per order like In-n-out. The Problem. Is obvious, management & employees. Especially that one kid that wears Maroon shirt wears classes kind of like mexican/asian.(lol and I said I have friends their) They don’t care bottomline, and when it comes to food, it’s personal. So why would you want someone who doesn’t care feeding you? Real Solution. Go to a different Mcdonalds. or Simply choose another Fast Food Outlet. Temporary Solution. Everytime I go now I ask for the food«Fresh» I like mine a little crispy so I say«Well-Done» as well. They hate it, because they don’t know if your a secret shopper and they must stop everything their doing to complete your specific order. — Check your food, this Mcdonalds is known to reheat, & recook prep food and food that has been laying around. That’s if you truly desire this Mcdonalds. We just want some golden archs, properly prepared, if the ceo is reading this or mcdonalds corporation, just make some assembly line like In-n-out so theres no problems.

This place just sucks! I went to get breakfast for my entire family(about a $ 50 order) and they screwed it all up. I used the drive thru and after I paid I was told go wait for my order in the parking lot and someone would bring it out to me. They gave me a large laminated red number 2 and I was to go wait in the corresponding parking spot. I had two of my very hungry kids in the car with me. Well 10 minutes go by and I see several other people drive away with their food. I even see parking spot number 1 and 3 get there food. A few times actually, as they had reassigned the numbers to more people. I asked the girl bringing the food out what was up and she told me that my order was next FOURTIMES! After the fourth time(and waiting 25 minutes) I went inside and asked to speak to a supervisor. This«supervisor» was a punk kid that had a very uncaring attitude. I asked him why my order was taking so long. He didn’t answer me, he grabbed two bags from the ready counter behind him and handed me my food. I asked again what happened, and he said they gave my order to someone else but that everything was there. They had to make the food twice and that’s why it took so long. I asked if that was all he was going to do about it and he said very sarcastically«yeah». When I got home the food was all sub-par. The bread on all of our McMuffins were not toasted. The hash browns were barely crispy. The orange juice so severely watered down you couldn’t tell it was orange juice. Orange Tang mix would have been better! Needless to say I hate this place. The inside is gross with flies. They don’t keep it very clean. The service and food sucks. Corporate needs to come down on these guys bad! Oh and their entry into the drive thru is so stupid! It looks like an engineer decided to play a joke and screw with everyone that wanted to use it. You have to completely drive around the entire restaurant before you can enter the drive thru. All in all this place is just bad! I would give it ZERO stars if I could.

I’m usually really good with checking my bag before driving off, but now I have to open each order individually!!! I ordered a fish filet sandwich and didn’t think twice when I saw the box in the bag. Drove home and opened the box to see there was only the bun and dressing… no fish filet lmao. How does that even happen? I’m so shocked that I can only laugh versus getting upset. It wasn’t rush hour, only myself and 2 other cars in drive thru, parking lot was half empty… so how do u forget the main part of a sandwich? Hahaha good job guys, two thumbs down.

This place sucks!!! The employees are rude, annoying and incompetent. It seems like they go out of their way to NOT help you. They move very slow so be prepared to sit at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. I went here at 10pm last night and even though there was only one other person ahead of me, I waited 10 minutes for 2 mcchicken sandwiches and 2 sweet tea. Also, they never offer the $ 1 drinks. If you do go after 9pm, make sure to ask for fresh fries. If you don’t, YOUWILLGETSTALEFRIES! The night shift will let their fries sit in the warmer for hours because they are too lazy to make fresh ones! Also, the parking situation is ridiculous. Avoid this place if you can!!!

Décor is nice with big windows but they have a massive fly problem. Flies kept trying to sit on my purse and table. They need blue light fly killers. Parking lot is a circular maze frustrating to say the least.

When did McDonald’s stop listing the foods that they sell on the menu? They have this weird video board now, and only half of the food is ever listed at one time. What if you couldn’t see these creepy video boards? She says they’re willing to list all the food they make for you out loud at the register. So finally I ask for a list of foods, and they hand me a nutrition list. But they don’t sell the foods on that list. Since this is the McDonald’s that doesn’t use the right cups for sweet tea and is always out of hot mustard I give it a one star. I also forgot to explain their weird parking lot. In order to get through their parking like the way they have it painted, you have to go around in circles. However, no one else is willing to do this so you end up running almost running into someone.

I have only been here through the drive-thru and it was due to pure desperation for food! McDonald’s is not somewhere I try to eat ever. I ordered the sausage biscuit and the hashbrown off the value menu and honestly for $ 2 they weren’t too bad! Since this place is new, I am sure some of the reviews reflect that. My service was quick, with a smile, and accurate… but again I did only have 2 items lol! My opinion: skip mc-d’s and go somewhere that uses fresh ingredients! People should only eat here in a pinch, or when there are no other options available!

Waited in the drive-through at this McDonald’s at 11:15PM for 25 minutes before they finally could give me fries and ice cream. There wasn’t anyone in the drive-through when we got there and there was 10 people when we left. I think the workers went out and got a Starbucks. I’m not even kidding I took a picture. Worst experience ever.

My family and I came here on Thursday, two days after this place opened. It’s probably the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. However, I can say that I don’t eat McDonald’s much. I just wanted to support a local restaurant that just opened. The décor here is really urban, there’s touch screen games for the kids to play with, the furniture has a lot of color and options, and the drive-thru is huge! The parking spaces wraps around the building and it was great to see how fast this was built. I ordered my two cheeseburger meal(#1, I think?) and it was ok, it is McDonald’s. My husband got the chicken sandwich and my daughter had the kid’s meal which didn’t come with a cardboard box, but a paper bag? Weird… Anyway, they advertised a horchata shake but it wasn’t available the day we were there, so maybe I’ll go back to try that.
