I read 1 person’s gripe about too many old People there (Dude-It’s Sun city a retirement Community!) Jeeez-​You will be their age 1 day too My friend!) My Gripe is about The workers not taking the orders right! I am in here about once every two weeks and thats only for the coffee maybe an apple pie here and there and They will mess that SIMPLE order up and look at you with that Dumb look when You let them know it!(Try to hire people that read and write English-​Please!) PS there is a homeless problem here also that the mgmt. seem to ignore!

Well let’s see, all I asked for was 6 chocolate chip cookies that they didn’t even have to make. They just had to pull them out of the case and instead I got 4 chocolate chip, 1 oatmeal raisin, and 1 sugar cookie. You know your job isn’t that hard. Obviously there is a reason you are working there. Maybe you should have partied a little less in college or high school and focused on your future instead. Yet there are military personnel making less than you getting shot at and living in hell, but you are asking for more money than them? Are you kidding me? You can’t even put the correct shit in a bag!

This McDonald’s holds the title of «Worst McDonald’s in SoCal» for too many reasons to count. Also this location just got shot up on Friday. Hopefully they cleaned the place up afterwards. RIP.

Sun City’s homeless hangout! Was a little hesitant to going with my kids but still a lot of old people their. I am quickly getting sick of McDonalds and I need to find something better for my kids to like. Luckily we only go maybe once a month if that.

The service was friendly at both windows, the fries are fresh and hot and good, and the jalapeño double would’ve been perfect if the bun was a little softer/​fresh but overall good. I guess it depends on the day and time you go. The drive thru went quick.

Horrible employee attitudes. and I got the worst food poisoning from there. Every time I would come threw the drive threw they never got my order correct. Will not be coming back.

Seriously when a customer orders three ranches and five hot sauce please listen and give the dam order right…

The employees are poorly trained, the parking lot is confusing, & the food is often cold. It’s fast food & it’s close to my house.

So freaken cold in here. My food is always cold. Hate going to this location. The people can’t when repeat my order back to me.

friendly, slow and cheap that pretty much sums up this McDonalds. I only go for the $ 1.00 ice tea, which comes out to $ 1.08 with tax. everything else is just junk food. theres nothing happy about a happy meal anymore. thanks to liberal. the big mac is now a heart attack. oh the glorious days when i could eat the mac attack. eat as much as you can until you can’t or die.
seriously i would eat one everyday if i could.

Hit and miss.
This location is very convenient to my job. I pretty much get the same order each time I go, but depending on who is working depends on how long it takes.
Never seen a fast food place with so many employees who apparently have a hard time listening to an order.
Now since the new location has been built, the staff has gotten worse!
One girl constantly says «one moment» while you are trying to order. Last time I was there, order was on the screen but 4 cars from other lane were processed, while she kept saying «one moment». The line behind me was growing, so I drove off since my order apparently was too hard to process.
As of July 1, 2014, my «go to» breakfast has gone up over $ 2. I guess that was their answer to the minimum wage increase :(Guess I will planning better,‘ making coffee and breakfast at home, or going else where.

They can’t tell the difference between regular and sweet tea.

I really enjoy the convenience of using a drive thru to get my morning cup of joe. The drive thru experience here is mediocre at best. I would rather go be greeted by a friendly face at the Starbucks and wait in line then go here.

McDonalds fries used to be my favorite until now. Over the past couple months, I’ve gone to this specific Mcdonalds 3 times and every time, I’ve gotten stale fries. The fries I bought today were the worst fries I’ve ever seen in my life. They were old, cold, stale & dried out. I was pretty shocked that they even served them to me. Just looking at them, I was completely disappointed. I ate one fry & threw the rest away. I wouldn’t even have fed them to my dogs, that’s how bad they were! & to top it off, my chicken nuggets were also stale! I’m never going back again.

So RAYLEEN at the front counter was the friendliest employee I have ever encountered at a fast good restaurant. She was friendly, engaging and had a huge smile on her face. And when I was sitting eating I noticed she was so kind and friendly to each person she helped. I wanted to give her a shout out!

this is a travelling spot for me, clean bathrooms, fast service, orders always correct!

Husband and I made a late night run to this McDonald’s drive through for a quick bite to eat. I got the 2 cheese burger meal with a hot fudge Sunday and he just got an M&M mcflurry. There was one car ahead of us. We ordered and waited a few minutes to pay. Then it was our turn. I paid and got our food. As we drove away we checked our order. Everything was there but my Sunday was half melted as was his mc flurry. We were like Whaaaat? But took it home and put it in the freezer. I ate my food. The cheese burgers tasted kinda like they had been sitting there all day. And the fries tasted like they were fried along with dirty chicken nugget oil. They were too gross to eat. We both ended up eating our deserts… probably a bad idea though. We both had upset tummys later that night. Not going here again.

This is the worst Mc D’s anywhere. We order 40 nuggets and they would only give us 6 sauces for a family of 6. They said we could purchase more sauces. What gives..

Why does this place get business? First they don’t participate with the McDonald’s promotions, then I had a simple order– filet o fish no tartar sauce add pickles… they charged extra for the pickles, got home & the sandwich had tons of tartar sauce & no pickles! Double checked my receipt, yep it reads NO tartar, add pickles & their charge. Girl at window was snooty, like she was absolutely miserable to have a job in this economy.

Again… Worst mc Donald’s ever. I have given them too many chances. Dj Pauly D (shift leader I think) is the biggest joke in McDonald’s history… Which is saying a lot. He looks majorly stoned every time I’ve seen him. He is a a**hole to customers and he openly argues with cashiers. Our order is wrong every time. Every. Damn. Time.
