During the summer time, this place was full of flies. Recently, they did not include my coleslaw. No answer from the phone number on the receipt nor does the KFC customer care phone number help as they pretend to be helpful. This is typical poor KFC customer service. Last KFC that shorted me food went out of business. After three calls you would think they would be helpful.

I ordered a kids meal for my child and this is the«seasonal fruit» that was in the bag, a moldy orange. Why would a resturant serve anything like this?!? I got back in the drive thru line and waited it seems like forever. They did exchange her moldy orange for 2 biscuits, they didn’t have any other fruit. Will I be back? Uh that would be a NO!

I’ve been here a few times because my boyfriend is a KFC fan. Every time I am continuously interrupted by a rude drive thru guy. Every. Single. Time. They never let you finish a dang sentence, they act like it’s Christmas eve and you just walked in before closing. It’s a joke among our friends, every employee we’ve encountered here is rude and treats you like you are interrupting their day, not to mention I don’t think I’ve ever seen one smile. The food is always squishy too, I wish my boyfriend would get over KFC so I wouldn’t have to deal with this wonderful people. Also I am not sure why the drive thru takes insanely long when there is never any customers waiting in it!!! Red flag!

It is the past we have not had any problems. However we just left without eating there because the manager who was cashiering would not honor my husband’s request to switch sides that come with the meal. We wanted mac n cheese and coslaw instead of two sides of mashed potatoes. She said she«could not do that for us» so we left at once. Horrible customer service. We will more than likely NOT go back.

Ordered 3 bacon, cheese, egg burritos. Got a combo meal with no drink. No customers what so ever, so definitely no rush at 9am. No quality check before handing out order. And they want minimum wage to be 15 an hour… really? First learn to check orders then learn to count change. Secondly, while waiting for my proper order to be remade, i looke up and notice water dripping out of both AC vents. Now lets see. That place gets pretty warm inside while cooking, ac+water+heat still equals humidity, and thst can lead to mold… and THAT can lead to possible, serious health conditions. …you are providing a service, and that service isn’t supposed to be harmful to ones health.(Including employees) …only upside… at least the employees were nice.

Ok. So where do I begin. Definitely not the food because it’s a KFC and not a Donavan’s, so let’s talk about the place it self and service. I recently went through the drive-thru and I was charged several times for my order. I checked my receipts and my account online in the parking lot. I discovered that I was over charged. The reason I am giving this place three stars is because how the manager and drive thru employee handled the situation. Instead of acting like I’m bothering them they worked quickly to fix the mistake. I really appreciate customer service and it goes a long way with me, that’s why I gave them three stars. On a side note it wouldn’t hurt to maintain the lobby clean even when the restaurant gets really busy, I’m just saying.

Have not been in awhile, went yesterday because it was close. Portions smaller, cost higher. The 12 piece meal, was a whomping $ 29, and some change. The only thing good was the the mashed potato’s & gravy. Coleslaw bland, you could break a window with the biscuits. No more KFC for me. Seems the went down hill, since the became a Pepsi company. Want good chicken? Head down the road a bit and go to Winco. Better deals, and better chicken.

They didn’t have anything made or available to order when I tried ordering over an hour before they closed. Then they gave me a NASTYCOOKIE with one of my meals. I tried breaking the thing and it was so stale and hard it took me a few tries to crack the thing!!!

Been here many times over the years and it just gets worse every time. Service is not friendly, takes forever, and they can get the order wrong so I always check, their A/C was broken and it was very hot in the restaurant last time I was inside. The last time I went through drive thru I got cold chewy chicken even though it was supposed to be extra crispy, worst kfc Take home i have ever had in my entire life, it cost me 12 bucks with coleslaw so I ate it and I really felt ripped off especially when I ran to the straight to the bathroom afterwards and crapped myself silly, needless to say I will avoid it from now on and will continue to drive farther to the lake elsinore location which has excellent service and perfectly made chicken.

For starters, the lady at the window was snippy, not at all helpful. Maybe she didn’t like that I asked if they had a senior discount like the KFC on Grape St. in Elsinore. Asked what the prices were for hot wings as it wasn’t on the board where you order. Took a while to find out. Thought this KFC was pricier than others, didn’t recall 5 hot wings costing $ 5 elsewhere. 10 pieces for 9 bucks so I ordered that plus a cup of water. Had to ask twice for the water at the window. Good news was that they gave me 14 pieces for the price of 10. Bad news was most of them were already dried out, like they had been sitting out too long. After dealing with the snippy lady, the guy who gave me my order was friendly & courteous, as was the young guy who finally gave me the water. Bottom line tho, I doubt I’ll be back to this particular KFC anytime soon.

MYUSUALKFC The RARE occasions that I get KFC, this is my spot! Zipping through the drive thru in less than 10 minutes, receiving my family sized bucket and 2 sides for around $ 25 bucks. QUALITY Has always been great(as compared to other KFCs). Neither myself nor anyone that has grubbed out with me has ever gotten sick, or had a bad experience eating here. Always tasty, always filling: p CUSTOMERSERVICE Surprisingly friendly most of the time! More so than you would see at a burger joint. Since it is through a drive through it’s difficult to judge customer service abilities, but they have always been very accommodating when we ask for more napkins ect. THEDRIVETHRU Rather a unique drive thru if you ask me. You have to go all the way around the place in order to enter, and then it shoots you off around the other side. Super minor thing about this KFC design, but just something that I noticed. Overall, this KFC has never disappointed. I give it a 3 because they are average with other KFCs

I ordered the 10 piece fun feast which was supposed to come with a mega jug that was reusable and 3 large sides. Before the drive through window and on the drive through window NOWHERE did it state that you could only get 2 mashed potatoes and 1 co-slaw or be charged an extra 1.50. I got this meal so I could please everyone in my house wit the 3 different sides and to get the reusable jug so we could use it throughout the summer. So I got a rude cashier who said I could only get those sides or be charged, and when I let her know there wasn’t anything mentioned about it, she said, well that’s what is in the picture.(a tiny picture mind you). Whatever, my family is hungry, I paid the extra upcharge. Then I get to the window pay my $ 22.28 and she hands me to large drinks. I told her it is supposed to come with the reusable jug as that’s one MAIN reason why I ordered this meal. She said, «yeah, well, we’re out and this is the same amount.» I told her it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. She grabbed my food, which was in it’s bag and said here you go, and closed the window. I live less than a mile from this KFC/Taco bell, and when I got home, the Mac and Cheese was already cold. Not warm, COLD. I’m very disappointed in this restaurant as it’s going downhill quickly with customer service.

I’ve been here several times when they don’t give me what I ordered. My sister asked me to get a mixture of fried and«grilled» chicken. When I got home, I found out that they didn’t put a single«grilled» chicken, and instead put original and extra crispy fried chicken. I barely come to KFC, but the next time I come here, I’m going to go through the bucket in front of them and make sure that they get my order right. If they don’t then we’re gonna see chickens flying around this motha! PRO: Extra crispy fried chicken. CON: Trickery, located in the boonies right next to a mortuary.
