I went there 3x/​week for 3 months for low back and hip pain.
The PTs were very unfriendly, arrogant and quite incompetent. A couple of time, I was left in the room with ice packs and ultrasounds on and they just forgot about me! Then got upset that I would dare press the call button. Then they kept questioning the treatment that my surgeon was prescribing: what a joke!
On top of that, they completely messed up the billing, requiring hours of phone conversations with the insurance and extra fees out of my pocket.
DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY.

I went here when I had a slipped disk for traction, massages, and instruction on excercises to do.
they were helpful, flexible for the appointments, good on the billing, and informative and communicative on the process.
People might not think that warrants 5 stars, but given some of the other shady experiences I’ve had with phsycial therapy, I’m happy with it.
