One star is too much. I have never been greeted more rudely anywhere. Without going on and on, I was treated dreadfully the whole 3 minutes in the store. I was shopping for a new mattress that I had seen in Sun Valley and heard they carried it. Wanted to get more info and was told if I was purchasing at the other store that there was no way she would help me. I have no alliance to the other store and was just shopping. Simply wanting a mattress. Walked out after she rudely went off on me.

The products are very nice however the business practices at this store don’t match the caliber of the products nor the cost of the products. I had a very negative experience with furniture I bought from this store. In the end, I did receive some compensation for having to get the furniture refinished. However, that did not happen without having to contact customer service and voicing a complaint at the corporate level.
