I Previously rated 3 stars, now I’m taking a couple away. These guys are slow for starters and the guy working the register took 5 orders of cash and credit cards then went immediately and started messing with the bread that was getting ready to go into the oven without washing his hands…

This place is horrible. Not freaky fast at all. Waited for 20 mins for two sandwiches to be made and came home to find out the bun is too dry. Seems like a week old bread… ewwww

Save you time and money and got the cousins sub across from here!
All the onions were piled in one location and the peppers too… whoat…
You took 20 mins to make a sandwich and couldn’t even spread the filling evenly/​sensibly …wt_​_​_​_​

Almost 50 minutes for a delivery order is NOT freaky fast. And our office is close enough that we can get there without a stoplight. I had to call twice to see where our order was.
The few times I have gone to the location, the line has been super long and the service has also not been freaky fast. Pretty much that is the only draw of going to JJ’s, is you should be able to get in and out. Lord knows the food isn’t great, and it’s overpriced, and it’s a big piece of bread with a little meat in it.
They should have just stayed on college campuses and drunk fests where they belong.

Just alright.
Subs were kind of dry, we had to ask for napkins, they had the STRANGEST music playing, and the whole Jimmy John’s culture seemed a little too contrived (as perhaps compared to the Oakland Ave. location).
