Unilocalers, thank you for leading me to this unassuming gem of a café. SCRUMPTIOUS! Enjoyed delicious coffee, a wonderfully tasty, warm club sandwich with freshly carved REAL ham and turkey, chips, and cherry pastry TO DIE FOR. Make that pastries, because I bought two more to go. Ladies at the table next to me were raving about the carrot cake, which is apparently a customer favorite. Yep, the chef prepares all the baked goods personally. The gal working the register is hilarious — carried part of my food to a table and told me «I am only nice to customers the first time,» haha. Clearly joking, because there were lots of smiling regulars. Makes me want another business trip to Milwaukee!

Just move here and some friends suggested going there for lunch. I had the Italian Ham and it was very good. Told my husband about it and we definitely will be going there more often.

We drove past this place many times and just thought it was coffee until I saw on Unilocal it was also a café. Always up for finding a good café with food equally as good as service, we tried it. Great selection on the menu to satisfy most everybody. Had the soup which was among the best I’ve had as well as a sandwich. I’m excited to ho back and explore the rest of the menu. Staff was helpful, attentive and kind.

Love this place. Coffee is great and if you didn’t know, the food there is crafted by a world famous Chef. His name is Scott. He is amazing. The potato casserole that comes with the omelettes are fantastic. Always friendly and clean. He also does catering for large events. Great to have small places like this with amazing food and beverages.

Delicious food. The owner, Scott, is a very nice guy and his staff is prompt and welcoming. They also do catering and because of how great the food is, we actually have him catering for our wedding next year (2015). Go there now!!!

Food is great. Service not so great. Owner is a crab and most of the girls behind the counter. Sometimes they serve you, sometimes they don’t. But all in all — love the sandwiches!

Just had the best sandwich ever. Turkey Waldorf on homemade pretzel bread. Couldn’t get enough I wanted 2nd one. Highly recommend this place for a great lunch.
