On our quest to find new switch plates and hardware for the kitchen, we stopped at this Neu’s location (there are two). It was «ok».
There’s a lot of selection here — a lot! The issue is that the space is small which makes it difficult to see everything as its all crammed in, floor to ceiling. The switch plates we had come to see were hung about 6′ above the floor making it hard to see details. Honestly, it was just overwhelming and we soon gave up.
Staff at this location was really helpful — we were greeted immediately and asked if they could help us find something. I appreciate that. Also, this gallery is connected to the main hardware store so you can get several errands done at once.
